Chipotle Mexican Grill

They gave me hardly any chicken in my bowl. Mostly rice. Kinda pissed abt that. Paying lotta money for chipotle I want more chicken than that.

Food ordered was rice, chicken, beans, cheese, corn, guac, I received chicken and beans no rice or guac or cheese I will never order again from them. They send that link in every response to bad reviews all it does is take you to an automated system that uses ZERO customer service skills and is pure lazy, whatever happened to simple orders being fulfilled? This was 46$ and this is what I received? Is chipotle hurting on rice?!?! NEVER AGAIN CHIPOTLE NEVER I WANT NO FREE ENTREE I WANT A REFUND. Not gonna go to your chipotle contact site it is USELESS.

You raise the prices and employees act like the chicken is coming directly out of their personal paycheck. The young lady gave me a spoon of chicken, she was moving so fast a lot fell off and then tried to charge me for extra chicken when I asked for little back.

Start putting dirty plastic markers in the food, and when I mentioned that they were not clean and dirty, the manager just shrugged and didn’t care. Wouldn’t remake dirty food

Usually the employees at this chipotle are nice but The new big lightskin girl with the glasses is extremely rude, mean mugging me while I’m ordering and having a bad attitude like I’m sorry you have to do your job. I don’t know what’s going on at this chipotle but they need to do better.

Terrible experience! I wish I could give zero stars that’s what this location Deserves! The lady in front of me was taken care of no problem but I was completely ignored. Both of the FEMALE Workers, the person serving the food and collecting money walked away from me didn’t say two words or even acknowledge I was there. Just walked away and They went into the back of the store. Me and another person behind me stood there for 15 minutes before a guy came out and helped us. Rude and unprofessional. Beware do not go to this location!!!’ You will be discriminated against!!!! I Called their corporate office and put in a complaint and I will be calling to speak with somebody higher up as well. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Pretty sad you can’t even serve food without messing up! Both of those females need to be fired! That is not the first time I’ve dealt with a similar situation at that location and it always seems to be the same female employees. Get a.new job you’re terrible!

Great food, great service! Very fast and made with love. First time customer at this location, and I was very impressed by the service received. I bought about $50 worth of food for my son and I, and we really enjoyed our meal.

This place is an absolute joke. I spent nearly $70 and didn’t even receive the items I ordered. Instead, I got burnt, dry food that looked like leftover scraps thrown together with zero care. My meal was completely inedible. When a customer is spending that kind of money, the least you can do is get the order right and show some pride in what you’re serving. Extremely disappointing. Do better!

Staff was horrible small talk between themselves using profanity etc. Counter/food prep area was a mess with bus pans stacked on tables behind them. No manager in sight.

the food is what you should expect from a Chipotle, but the service at this location on 801 Baltimore Pike is severely lacking. Whenever I order from there, I always have to remind them I ordered a drink too, and they always give me attitude about it. If you order from here, make sure everything is in your bag before you leave the building.

Vegetarian options: Today Natalia greeted me with a calm and welcoming demeanor. She was extremely polite and her hospitality was 5-stars. The restaurant was semi busy as she was the only person making the orders. While preparing the order she took her time and was very attentive. This employee deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Nice customer service . My only issue was that the brown rice was uncooked and the place needed to be swept and tables cleaned.

PS : Do something about the portions !!!!
