Staff was horrible small talk between themselves using profanity etc. Counter/food prep area was a mess with bus pans stacked on tables behind them. No manager in sight.

the food is what you should expect from a Chipotle, but the service at this location on 801 Baltimore Pike is severely lacking. Whenever I order from there, I always have to remind them I ordered a drink too, and they always give me attitude about it. If you order from here, make sure everything is in your bag before you leave the building.

Vegetarian options: Today Natalia greeted me with a calm and welcoming demeanor. She was extremely polite and her hospitality was 5-stars. The restaurant was semi busy as she was the only person making the orders. While preparing the order she took her time and was very attentive. This employee deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Nice customer service . My only issue was that the brown rice was uncooked and the place needed to be swept and tables cleaned.

The portions are depressing, especially after watching them grill 20 lbs of chicken at once only to receive 2 tiny scoops. The employees are trained to give you 1 lb of rice and skimp on protein. It is definitely less protein than advertised on the app, which sucks if you’re paying extra money for convenience on a diet. The chicken cantina bowl from Taco Bell is half the price and tastes better. The teenage clientele can keep this place.

I kind of feel bad because it was actually 30 minutes before they closed when I walked in the door. However, there was no excuse for the lack and presentation of the food I had to choose from. It kind of forced me to select only certain items that looked somewhat edible. The restaurant was clean however the music was obnoxiously loud. I’ve gone to other chipotle restaurants at all times of the day and it never fails that the food isn’t restocked and just looks dried out. It’ll be a while before I ever go back. I feel bad for the people that are using DoorDash to get their orders because if they actually looked at their food bar, they would probably just not place their order.
