Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is extremely stingy with their portion scoops. I requested double chicken and the worker barely gave me a single serving of chicken. This is my last time going to chipotle. I can’t stand businesses with these type of practices.

I went for the carne asada it is absolutely delicious it's a win win every time I get it.

Drove all the way here and was told I can’t order in the store, online only. Why has Chipotle fallen so far? Only three people working? Staffing has been a constant issue at the several locations I’ve been to, not to mention this location was as messy as I’ve ever seen a chipotle, despite online ordering only. Won’t be back.

It was so dirty in this place, I was shocked. Floor, tables, bathroom and even worse was the food presentation. A Chinese buffet looks cleaner then this. Absolutely terrible!!!!

Felt the need to warn others that this location was a major letdown today. We ordered our food for pick up at 1:00 and got to the restaurant a few minutes early, when we picked it up the food was already cold meaning it was made too early and just left sitting out. The chips were dark brown with a burned taste so they were over cooked. It all sucked. We will have to try a different location in the future.

Interesting experience I got here right at opening (1045am) on the Friday after Christmas:
-Food was not available for order until 1105am
-Staff were hustling to get things set up and were a bit short when communicating
-Carne Asada portion was pretty sad, but the rest was really decent
-Employee that put my food together wad pleasant, helpful, and apologetic
-Chips were over brown/ slightly burnt flavor
-The rest of the food was really flavorful
-One employee came sauntering in as my food was being completed, stepped in to make themselves (I assume) a bowl of meat and queso, dripping queso all over the counter, really disrupting the efforts to get things ready.

There was a long line of customers & the 3 people working, one of which looked like a manager, where just standing around chit chatting inside of waiting on customers.

They constantly get orders wrong. I order three times from them on separate occasions where either something was wrong or missing. This time they actually just gave me the wrong order, as in, I got someone else’s food. I am not sure if this is only an issue for them when it is an online order but its ridiculous. Never ordering again.

I came in at noon and they were out of veggies sour cream and cheese and seemed frustrated at me that I wanted to order what I normally order. I like coming here but I don't appreciate not being able to order what I want.

We waited 45 mins for our food. There were only 2 people working during a prime busy time. On Saturday at 5:00 there should be more hands on deck to help out. There is no reason to wait that long for “fast food”.

Disappointed. Ordered online via mobile app, ordered a lemonade and was given a glass bottle coke, ordered a quesadilla and was missing the vinaigrette on the side and the sour cream and rice was placed inside of the quesadilla in a burrito bowl container instead of on the side without any of the workers letting us know of the changes.

Decent service, solid food for the price, especially if you stick with the classic chicken bowl. Consistent and good value.

Not bad depending on who is cooking sometimes 5 stars other 3.7. Little bit of a hang out spot for some kids. Location is a little bit tuff getting out of.
