I was at the Springfield Mall location at 6:56 this evening. I ordered a Cinnabon with pecans they told me 9 mins ok cool. After 12 mins I went back to counter they said 2 mins. Finally I went back at 7:34 to get my money back like how in the hell does it take over 30 mins to receive my order? No sense of urgency no apology NOTHING!!!!

I was excited to see a Cinnabon in our area, but I was quite disappointed with the food. I ordered the minibon, churro, and a coke. The churro had a great crunch but was flavorless. It reminded my nephew of display food… looked great but tasted like cardboard. The coke was not coca-cola, but a cheap brand like RC cola. The cinnamon bun itself was spongey but hard to pull apart, like glue. The icing tasted like dollar store icing and it was just not good overall. It’s like Temu decided to open up a Cinnabon. ☹️

The staff is horrible especially the females.... I feel like if you don't wanna work stay home why be rude when you don't have to and I waited over 30 minutes cause they didn't have anything ready.... they need better staff with new attitudes and not rude with blue hair or short and sassy grow up

I bought 2 buns one for my son and one for myself. When I got it home it qas very soft and very light in color and doughy. It hardly had any cinnamon between the layers. I asked for the one with nuts which costed more, ok. Got it home there were no nuts on it. Was supposed to have extra glaze, which I paid for and it didn't. I gave her a $2.00 tip, paid extra for the one with the nuts and paid $1.37 for extra glaze (on the other one) and I didn't get that either. It was very very dissapointinf. Absolutely NOTHING like the cinnabons I bought years ago. So I paid $17.13 and I can't eat it because it is horrible! Never again!

I worked here from November 2023, until last Friday. Last Friday I had my leg run over by a car. I was rushed to the hospital with 3 small fractures in my foot. I was given a work note to give me a few days rest, and I was fired without any explanation. No Call. No Text. Nothing. I was the Shift lead at this Cinnabon too. I showed nothing but respect to all employees and my managers. But I received nothing but disrespect back . This store is very disorganized, very dirty, mouse infestation that’s been out of control since we opened. Overall don’t recommend eating from here, definitely worth the drive to KOP?

Went there for 1 Cinnabon, it was 730 they close at 8. The lady in the back told the cashier they were done for the night. They ran out of regular Cinnabons. I asked her how much were the minis were she told me 4.76. 2 dollars less than the regular price. JUST FOR ONE MINI! I CALLED BACK to make sure that was the price, when I asked her why she hung up on me. They are so rude there wouldn't recommend it to a homeless fish. Cinnabon really needs to fire an retrain thier staff. They Suck!
