Cocco's Pizza Springfield

Ordered at 5:50. Delivery said between 6:10-6:20. 6:30 comes around and I call to check in said “we have it in the oven we got busy after the games, I promise it’ll be hot.” I asked for an ETA, got told “it’ll be to you in 20 minutes.” 40 minutes later still nothing, poor service. I understand getting busy, but call your orders and let them know.

My kids grew up eating Cocoas and we moved out of the neighborhood so it had been awhile since we had it. We happened to be shopping over that way and decided to grab it on our way home. When we got there they had given our large pizzas to someone else so ended up giving us XL. We got them home and the bottoms were chewy and burnt. Super disappointing.

Worst Cocos location doesn’t even know how to make a pizza steak and it tasted like garbage.

Food is good, love the wings, and service is always quick and accurate. Mike the owner and Caitlyn or usual delivery person are great!

My clients always talks about this place! I just had to give them a chance!! I’m very picky when it comes to pizzerias!! I ordered their cheese fries and cheesesteak hoagie!! They definitely got my order right! Officially my second fave spot out here!!!

Lots of gluten free options great pizza!

I honestly loved this place, unfortunately the last three times I ordered they cannot get it right. First one I ordered a well done pizza with extra cheese, it was UNDER cooked. Second time I ordered 50 wings and received 50 BONELESS wings. They did rectify this one and I appreciate it so I gave them another chance and ordered a half bacon pizza, what I got was half pepperoni and what seemed like a pizza that sat for a while and a delivery man side eying me the entire time I was in there.. really disappointing considering how much I used to like it here.

We have always enjoyed Coco's pizza. Today there was a small mix up with our salad. It really was no problem as we received a taco salad instead of our turkey salad. Cocos called us to apologize then delivered our correct salad even though our order was picked up. Cheers to outstanding customer service done right! ?

Delicious food. Dough and sauce made fresh every day per the nice receptionist lady. The restaurant is clean and organized. Food never disappoints. Excellent customer service skills. The Manager here today is extremely humble, friendly, and respectful. He acknowledges his customers and asked if I needed anything. Other businesses need to take a tip from this restaurant. Delivery drivers are kind and ready to work. I’m usually an extremely picky person and I am a food critic. Therefore, CoCo Pizza of Springfield has my highest recommendation. I love the pizza, wings, celery, and carrots. Thank you for making my day easier. I did not have to cook and was able to just enjoy my food.Thank you !

The manager gave me an unwanted large pizza for my Superbowl party. It was good and my guests loved it. Will be my place for chicken wing from now on. They were great too!
