Miss Maya has created a customer for life. We visited a few nights ago. My boyfriend had a gift card and our terminally ill dog LOVES ice cream. Me and my 5-year old son went in, while dad and our pup stayed in the car. We did not disclose any of this to staff or mention that we were purchasing the “Like It” Sized peanut butter ice cream for our dog. While we were in line, my son was acting up. I was already upset about our dog and my son was on the verge of a full blown meltdown. Miss Maya discretely asked me if I wanted help. I accepted without hesitation. She encouraged my son to listen to Mommy and joked about putting him to work to earn his ice cream. She got a smile out of him. We checked out, I thanked her. It meant so much to me and was such an example of community and loving our neighbors. Today our dog crossed the rainbow bridge and gained her angel wings. My son’s request: to go get ice cream and see “that lady.” We did and Miss Maya definitely did not disappoint. She came from behind the counter and offered my son a hug. My usually shy, reluctant 5-year-old wrapped his arms around her neck and smiled. So much bigger than ice cream. She made a very sad little boy smile twice this week. Outside of this heart-felt interaction, ice cream was incredible and the facility is clean. For any nay-sayers on here complaining about customer service or melted ICE cream—I recommend getting a job in retail or the food service to get a dose of reality and hopefully some manners. Oh and yes, ice cream melts. My 5-year old can explain the physics later 😉 Thank you Miss Maya!

Cold Stone Creamery consistently offers some of the most delicious ice cream I've ever had. The texture and flavor are superb, with a quality that truly suggests it's homemade. My wife ordered her birthday cake from here. Yes, she ordered her b day cake so I told her while you’re at it…pay for it too!!! Hey, why can’t I make out even if it’s not my b day😉! JK, my wife is the sparkle in my eye…nope, just an eyelash that made me tear up!!! She ordered a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream cake…bazinga🎉🎊🎉🎉!!! It was amazing!!! We all really enjoyed this cake!!! I’m not a huge ice cream cake guy but this was fantastic!! I may even get the same cake for my b day and probably have her order it!!!!😂🤣😂🤣 I at least did go and pick up the cake! That was easy and quick and I don’t have one bad thing to say about Cold Stone!! For some reason I deleted the pic of the cake but if you’d like to see it check out my Fresco review!! That’s where we had her b day dinner!!!

I wish I could give a MINUS 5 to this place. The customer service has been the worst till date. They are rude, arrogant and reckless. We had the icecream in store and it was melting so much. I’ve never seen this poor service and I wish I could file a complaint somewhere about this kind of service. It’s the worst. Would never recommend anyone to visit this place ever even if the taste is good. I should have checked the reviews before.

Insanley bad customer service. I walk in, wait in line, and then im asked to order. I was nice though I said something wrong. Employee immediately rolls eyes at me, and is horribly rude. You do not treat your customers like this!!!! I was also charged extra. I ordered the smallest size, and was charged for a larger size. Never ordering from this place again. Horrible service

The one star is only for the nice lady at the Register. Otherwise the icecream was half melted and I got sick immediately after with diarrhea, and nausea that still has not gone away

I’ve been in here before. It’s loud, and kind of unorganized. But I didn’t mind that because the ice cream is excellent. I think it’s the right amount of sweet vs toppings, and you get more than Ben and Jerry’s. But let’s get to the point. The service gets a two, not for in store but delivery. While the customer service was pleasant, it was pretty much an out of our hands response. The website does not inform me that my delivery was going to be processed through a door dash delivery person until after it is placed. So don’t be fooled ordering it off the website. Just order it through door dash, and if you have a dash pass avoid all those unnecessary fees. I placed an order at 6:47pm. It didn’t get picked up until 7:25, but was supposedly ready for pickup in ten minutes. By 8:00 I was on the phone where I was informed the dasher had picked it up and they no longer had anything to do with it. As I’m hanging up the dasher calls me, tells me he is stuck and cannot get to my location. When I tell him there’s other ways, he hangs up. I had to call door dash, who called cold stone to cancel my order, and of course no ice cream, no sorry here’s a gift card code, no solace for what had happened was issued. Just wait 3 days for your refund, and enjoy your night without ice cream. I’ll go in next time and deal with the crowd.

Place is a serious disappointment. Slow, miserable service with everything overpriced. No tables to sit down and relax. No , get your stuff and get out. I seriously don’t understand the mass appeal of this location. There are so many other options to go. Today topped it off though.. Went in for one of the new strawberry supreme ice creams on a cone. It’s literally pictured in the place. They were apparently out of cones , but I could have it in some sort of orange waffle bowl ?? How the heck are you out of cones on a Monday??! The bowl was barely filled with anything. Terrible, never again..

when I went here today my ice cream was like 3/4 gummy bears and like 1/4 ice cream I don’t really care I think it’s kinda funny but I’m a little sad I wish I could’ve had more ice cream and less gummy bears the cup was basically like actually full of gummy bears and I didn’t ask for extra but otherwise it still tasted really good and the customer service is pretty good they work as quick as they can but the customers are a little odd some days also there was random peice of like peanut in my ice cream when I didn’t order peanuts I also don’t really care but I could see how that would be a problem if I had an allergy

I got the “love it” and was charged $12.14. That’s the medium one basically. I usually get the “gotta have it” the biggest one and NEVER got charged that much, I always get the same thing, the most I get charged is $11 something. I guess they took a tip smh
