I’ve been in here before. It’s loud, and kind of unorganized. But I didn’t mind that because the ice cream is excellent. I think it’s the right amount of sweet vs toppings, and you get more than Ben and Jerry’s. But let’s get to the point. The service gets a two, not for in store but delivery. While the customer service was pleasant, it was pretty much an out of our hands response. The website does not inform me that my delivery was going to be processed through a door dash delivery person until after it is placed. So don’t be fooled ordering it off the website. Just order it through door dash, and if you have a dash pass avoid all those unnecessary fees. I placed an order at 6:47pm. It didn’t get picked up until 7:25, but was supposedly ready for pickup in ten minutes. By 8:00 I was on the phone where I was informed the dasher had picked it up and they no longer had anything to do with it. As I’m hanging up the dasher calls me, tells me he is stuck and cannot get to my location. When I tell him there’s other ways, he hangs up. I had to call door dash, who called cold stone to cancel my order, and of course no ice cream, no sorry here’s a gift card code, no solace for what had happened was issued. Just wait 3 days for your refund, and enjoy your night without ice cream. I’ll go in next time and deal with the crowd.

Place is a serious disappointment. Slow, miserable service with everything overpriced. No tables to sit down and relax. No , get your stuff and get out. I seriously don’t understand the mass appeal of this location. There are so many other options to go. Today topped it off though.. Went in for one of the new strawberry supreme ice creams on a cone. It’s literally pictured in the place. They were apparently out of cones , but I could have it in some sort of orange waffle bowl ?? How the heck are you out of cones on a Monday??! The bowl was barely filled with anything. Terrible, never again..

when I went here today my ice cream was like 3/4 gummy bears and like 1/4 ice cream I don’t really care I think it’s kinda funny but I’m a little sad I wish I could’ve had more ice cream and less gummy bears the cup was basically like actually full of gummy bears and I didn’t ask for extra but otherwise it still tasted really good and the customer service is pretty good they work as quick as they can but the customers are a little odd some days also there was random peice of like peanut in my ice cream when I didn’t order peanuts I also don’t really care but I could see how that would be a problem if I had an allergy

Sister used to work here. The ice cream is always good. I always love the new flavors that come out.

I got the “love it” and was charged $12.14. That’s the medium one basically. I usually get the “gotta have it” the biggest one and NEVER got charged that much, I always get the same thing, the most I get charged is $11 something. I guess they took a tip smh

Well. We hadn't been here in quite a while. Maybe 10+ years. We needed dessert after dinner and discussed the options. Dairy Queen, Chick fil a, Freddy's, Shake Shack and of course the supermarket. My daughter said Cold Stone! She hasn't been since a teen and would pay! I said it's expensive. Let's go to the market and get everything we need for sundaes or shakes. Alas, she prevailed.It's always so busy, so I know that it's popular.It was dirty inside. The counter was dirty. The floor behind the counter was wet. No cushion mat for the workers. The mix ins were a mess. The waffle maker was a mess. One of the hard workers had their lipgloss on the back counter.Ummm. The ice cream. 1250 calories. Too sweet. And neither of us could finish a 1/3. Too much.$17. She threw hers in the trash and mine is in mommie food pergatory...the freezer. Then it will go into the trash.My review is simple. The atmosphere is not worth the price. The ice cream is not worth the price.

Service is not consistent. Employees are nice depending on what time you go there. They don't vet the staff.

Cold Stone Creamery has good ice cream and etc but I've just seen a problem with the staff when a female staff member had like 3 customers waiting in line. I was an additional 4th customer just picking up a delivery order on the side of the line by the front door. The staff member seemed like she was getting frustrated on making a lot of orders by her body language and I even asked her,"Are you working by yourself?" She said "No." Then I've seen a second person in the back. She said,"He is usually in the back." Without the male worker hearing what she just said. He came right out to help when he seen a line forming with waiting customers while she was helping me get the Togo order ready already made out of the freezer. I think it was the female worker being affaid to ask for help from the male co worker.

Amazing ice cream. Rich in flavors and toppings and creamy. Best in the area!

Had a great experience while here a few weeks ago. I was able to get a cup of one of their new winter flavors, I can’t recall the name of the ice cream I got but it was a red velvet flavor with some other stuff added and it was the best ice cream ice ever had. Will be back again!

Went in this evening with my 2 kids to get ice cream. When i arrived, there was a couple at the register and nobody else. The couple pays for their ice cream and then leaves, leaving just me and my kids. We are African American. We are at the glass of icecream just waiting to be helped. No one helps us. 2 white families come in and are immediately helped. There were 6 employees behind the counter 2 of which were african american. I immediately left with my kids and will never be returning to coldstone again after this blatant display of racism during black history month.

I see why the customer service rating is so low.. nobody speaks when you walk in.. everybody looks super miserable
