Won’t be back. Today 12/5, the woman (older with faux lashes) was very rude via the drive thru and made my order wrong. Paid for 2 twist custard ice creams, one with peanut butter and the other with fudge and received neither in my blizzards. Learn to have customer service and to make the products correct, especially paying for extras that I did not receive. Will no longer patronize this business.

Went to this DQ with my mom and dad in the 60s and 70s. We always sat on the side seating areas. Left the area in the 80s but returned to this location in early 90s with my daughter. A great experience. Looking forward to visiting next year!

this is actually the worst dairy queen. the drive thru may be convenient, but half the time they don’t even put what you ask for in ur blizzard. I just got a blizzard with crumbs of brownie in it and not one actual brownie chunk. a few weeks ago i came here and ordered a blizzard with extra butterfinger and got not one piece

I came and saw the employees cleaning the machines and such . It was well before their closing time. The woman lied to me and said their system was frozen. She flipped the screen. I work in the industry that makes these and could tell she was just closing way too early. She proceeded to serve customers after me when she realized that there was a line. Magically the systems rebooted and everything was fine. I don't know if this was racial targeting or just not knowing that closing too early was a really bad look.
Bad service as most places these days. Lazy liars.
Messed up my order and when I asked about it the next time I was there they said "what do you want me to do about it? You want a handful a cookie dough?"

Ordered an Oreo Blizzard for my mother. I asked for extra cookies. I had a lid put on so I never looked at what was under it. 🤬 i don’t think there was even the regular amount of cookies. Just some specks of Oreo, there was hardly anything in it. I paid an extra dollar or whatever it was for extra cookies and didn’t even get what a normal Blizzard has in it. $6.02!! The girl that works there, the young African-American woman, she needs to be retrained or maybe get rid of her altogether because she certainly doesn’t care about customer service. And based on the other reviews, I’m reading I would bet money it’s that same crappy worker! I hope she sees these reviews.

This location is very clean! They have benches you can sit and enjoy your treat! Amazing customer service. Today I lost my wallet! I was sure it was gone it had my cash and multiple bank cards in it. I called they didn’t see it. Shortly after they contacted me that they found my wallet. I picked it up and it had everything in it. They are so trustworthy and honest! Thank you so so much !!!!
