They completely remodeled this Dunkin'.The real problem i have with this service now is how hard they're pushing for it to be done online or through an app.They focus is not on an in person experience. I would say roughly 20% of the business cares about someone walking in the door and actually ordering.It feels they want you to order ahead and just pick up your marcked bag and leave.It is a shame that it does not feel welcoming.

Great customer service everyones always so nice and Polite. Never had my order wrong you guys are the ones that I dont have to ask to make my Ice coffee right. Can't find no one else around thats makes it right like u guys please Hurry up and reopen this location???

Customer service is just a little too" business like" You do even get a smile just after your ordered food and hand over your money. All I heard was, "Next"!!!I could see if they were busy with long lines. But it was just me and one other customer.
