Today was Aug 30.2025, 12:59PM. My check number was 9843. I went to register 2. The bacon egg n cheese croissant was usually good here prior today. The guy at the register was friendly. I had my Jesus is Lord shirt on and a Muslim lady made my food, and because her religion is different than mine she decided to hold a grudge and dumped my entire sandwich into old grease. I thank Jesus I said my prayers over my food; as HE didn't allow me swallow my paid sandwich of soaked old batter grease; due to her bitter heart. Just like Jesus the Creator of All asked for water to drink on the cross, and they gave him sour vinegar on a sponge, the same evil demonic angels living inside of her did that through her to my paid in full sandwich. Hopefully, she repents before Jesus Christ the Creator of All deals with her in the worse way on this matter; as he fights my battles. I didn't go back to get my money, because I was pressed to be somewhere right away; and so this business stole my money, in exchange for horrible service workers that do their job spitefully; and not professionally. They have my money and serve horrible food dipped in old grease batter. Don't come here for hot breakfast at all. Buy your food from a place where you can view everything being made. I didn't eat the $5.29 sandwich: just took a bite, chewed it, spat it out and gargled with hydrogen peroxide and water at home to rid the after taste. Jesus saved me from getting sick; all praise be to HIM. The devils in her thought she had me, but Jesus got the victory. Again, don't come here if you can't keep an eye on your food being made. Don't pay a female Muslim's paycheck with your hardworking money, to make your stomach sick. It isn't worth it. The star is a zero, but one was the lowest I could go. They need to hire professional workers that don't do this because it can cause the business to be shut down by inspections.

I would come here in the morning before work, after today I won’t be going back. Treating people unkindly being a dollar short never in my life. I told him to cancel so I could sort the issue out and for him to take the next customer. Instead he made the drink and said he was waiting for me. There is a line, cancel my order and take the next customer. Two people walked out and he goes “see because of you customers left and now I have a line and the drink was made” why was it made if I hadn’t paid in full and told you to cancel it? It’s very rare I will get rude back to staff in any industry. But to blame me because he did not cancel it as I told him to so he could take the next person behind me and make the drink that wasn’t paid for is poor just social interactions. As far as service goes this was the worst I’ve ever received.

Placed a mobile order but the receipt didn't print on their end. The employe asked me to confirm the address, which I did. She said not a problem and she would make the coffee. A man comes over and tells me the order didn't go through, even though I showed it to him on the app with the time and date stamps (saying I placed the order 15 minutes ago). Tells me to place it again, I said I didn't want to get charged twice. He said he would refund me for the second order. Okay fine, place the second order, receipt prints out automatically. I go to the register for the refund and he tells me he won't refund it because the first order didn't go through, even though there are now 2 separate order receipts on my app with separate time stamps. Continues to deny the refund, even though he literally said he would give me one in store. Would rather die than go back there

My husband went in with my 3 year old and my newborn early in the morning to pick out some donuts. While my 3 year old was trying to pick out her donuts one of the employees came out and rushed him along to pay before he could even finish his order. After my husband was putting his card away he asked him to move my newborn down and out of the way so they could take more order ls even though there was no one else in the line. Won’t be coming back.

The employees are disrespectful. I have been delivering here for 2 years and I know every part of this area. Now I understand that there are not many customers here. I used it in the toilet and he tells me that I should not use it again. I have a Dunkin membership and I deliver your packages from morning to night and the employee tells me that only customers can use the toilet. I am not a human being then. I will not come here again anyway.

We ordered coffee and hash browns. I have to say that the only reason we came here today was because we needed to use the bathroom and Famous Footwear does not have a public bathroom. I said a med coffee but then got a med hot coffee. When I told her, I wanted iced coffee. She said that I said hot coffee. Why do you have to argue to a customer over a hot or ice coffee ? She never gave me my ice coffee.
