Terrible Dunkin Donuts. Don’t waste your time getting loaded hashbrowns. They don’t put on cheese like the picture on the menu. When I stated it didn’t look like the picture, the cashier talked back and argued. They did put extra cheese on, but should have never been an argument. Then, went a different time and didn’t originally see the $6 meal deal. Ordered the same things on the meal deal and was charged 7.20. After purchase, saw the deal and asked for 1.20 back. Then had another argument and never got my 1.20 because “I should have seen the meal deal in the first place.” Horrible, will never go there again. Not friendly staff and terrible customer service.

3 times now the short older lady behind the counter didn’t know what she was doing. Why are you charging me extra for cream cheese on my bagel? I had to eat it with nothing on it. She’s the manager and she does NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. She doesn’t know how to scan free rewards either. How are you the manager??? On two seperate occasions I redeemed points for rewards right in front of her and they wouldn’t work. She made me pay both times. No workaround? They worked fine at the other Dunkin. If anyone else has issues you are not alone.

I went in to buy coffee with my 3 year old daughter. Khabeer the worker is very welcomed and friendly with kids. He is professional, and the service was so good. The place is very clean. We were very happy and satisfied with services.

Horrible place and horrible service. I go in TODAY and they told me my card did not go through from a purchase last week… I saw a receipt had printed, my card did not decline and I have proof on my purchase history in my bank’s app saying I bought stuff here. These people have resorted to STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY now.???? Make your coffee at home, screw this trash pit and save yourself the hassle of buying very subpar donuts and nasty coffee.

Was picking up a Uber eats delivery. The employees were acting like they couldn't understand and would not let me talk, ask questions about the order. They pushed the order on me and pushed me on my way.

Woman did not scan my app Q code. I asked when she would do it and she basically said, too late. Paid no attention to me after that. Move it along sir, there are people behind you.FOLLOW-UP - "Corporate" credited my account for the rewards points - THEY were very responsive, so I'm grateful for that at least.

The customer service here is truly disappointing. My kids bowl at the bowling alley next door so we walk over to get coffee in the morning and a little something to eat. The woman behind the counter rolled her eyes as I added donuts to my order. And basically forced me to buy 6 donuts bc it just made sense to her. I ordered 3 different type of donuts and each time I named the donut she rolled her eyes in disgust. I was so taken back by her rudeness I didn’t order my coffee as I feared asking for a iced vanilla coffee would be too complicated and too much work. I understand people have bad days, but the place was packed and you work at a donut/coffee shop. How do you not expect people to order donuts or more than one item. I refuse to ever step foot in that place again. You really need to train your employees on what’s proper customer service. I ordered two hot coffees and gave her min to key it in and once I added the donuts , she had an issue. Which the donuts didn’t even taste fresh to begin with.
