I want to extend a sincere thank you to Firepit Pizzeria & Grill for their generosity today.
It had been a tough day, and during a quick dinner run with my son and mother-in-law, I accidentally drove off with our pizza still on the roof of the car. I was truly embarrassed for the mistake and when I called back to reorder, fully prepared to pay again, the staff kindly replaced it at no charge.

Not happy with my delivery from Firepit Pizza & Grill in Springfield. I placed an order at 4 pm today June 18th my order arrived at 5:25 UNACCEPTABLE!! My order was for 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of salad, my pizzas were COLD!!! Let me mention I had company for dinner they arrived on time but their dinner didn’t.
Sorry Firepit Pizza & Grill but you longer have my business!
Customer service was terrible. They acted as if they did not want to serve me. The food looked terrible and was not what I ordered.
