This was my first time at this location in a suburb of Philadelphia, but I found, as usual, First Watch is always FINE and a great choice for breakfast. Our server was excellent, and she adhered to our request for speed as we had a train to catch. The omelette my sister had looked delicious, but my eggs Benedict with hash browns was a great choice for me. It was appealing, filling and tasty.

I come here normally. But today I was at work and had a taste for them. I decided to do a delivery order. Needless to say that I was very disappointed. I ordered a platter and a drink. I didn't get what I ordered, and my drink did not include a safety lid or a safety sticker to ensure no tampering. I called the restaurant and was told that is how they send their items. Unsecured and easy to have someone tamper with it if they so choose. I guess they will wait until a lawsuit hits them really hard or many lawsuits for the same issue. In order for them to think of their customers' safety when they are purchasing a delivery from their restaurant. NOT ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

Today I visited First Watch on Baltimore Pike and was excited to not wait long. I enjoyed their food before at another location. While waiting for a waitress I noticed a muscle bound white guy in a first watch uniform staring and puffed up as if he was about leap at me. He kept punching his fist in his palm and fussing to himself. I looked away and worked on my puzzle. The couple next to me saw it too. The waitress came, I ordered my food. The guy kept pacing the floor and punching his fist. The lady of the couple said he won't hurt you, he does that and we eat here all the time. My food came and I nervously ate and left. The food was great, but I will not be back. I cannot enjoy my meal feeling threatened.
