We used Jems Catering for my mom’s memorial and they were absolutely fantastic. It was easy to see your choices for food on their website and place the order. The girls showed up early to set up, were very professional and quick to break everything down at the end. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! We got lots of compliments from our friends and family on how great the food tasted. Would 100% recommend!!

My family and I came in to get hoagies. We were looking at turkey and Italian ones, but they brought out chicken salad samples and we were sold. It’s delicious and we’ll definitely be back!

After driving by this place for years, I finally decided to stop in for lunch during my lunch break. I came in during what seemed like a small shift change, and you know it's a good sign when the employees who are getting done work are all lining up to order before they leave. The staff was all very kind, attentive and they seemed to work as a team very well. The deli has a little shop with the catering basics, soda, water, Gatorade, energy drinks and chips. Even with a the handful of customers, the food did not take long and my biggest takeaway is the PORTIONS. Good heavens, I don't know how the bread held on to the contents of the sandwiches. Like the three people before me, I got the chicken salad, in the form of the Chicken Salad Special and it was great! The croissant was huge and there was so much food there that you could share it with someone! I also got the large Jem's Special, as I always like to compare the Italian special at delis in this area and it did not disappoint! So much flavor in the meats and a nice sharp provolone for the cheese. Thing might have weighed a pound or two and I only could put down a few bites after that chicken salad special! I was able to pay with tap to pay, and they accept most major forms of payment (I couldn't find that information online previously). Fantastic experience and I'll be back to try the cheesesteaks next time!

First time in here today ! I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the woman who waited on me but she was fantastic .Thank you for all your help. She let me try the salads which I bought all of them. I heard them talk about breakfast sandwiches so I asked and she said yea we make them . I said well I have to try them. I got two of them let me tell you how delicious and how big they were. My husband loved it as well. This will be my new place and the great news is they do parties. Thank you for helping me and I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Thanks again for letting me try every thing. Everyone in there is so nice try this place you will love it!

Ordered the chicken salad sandwich special today, on a croissant roll, yummy!! It was delicious!!! They have the best chicken salad, and very pleasant staff!!!
The best! Classic small town deli. Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. And the food is incredible! My personal favorite is either the hot roast beef or the chicken cutlet hoagie. Lots of variety on their menu, they make a great buffalo chicken sandwich as well as great cheesesteaks and burgers. Along with all of the other standards you'd expect at any good deli. It's a bit of a drive to get here from where I live, but whenever I'm passing through Springfield I make it a point to grab a sandwich at Jem's and it's always a great experience.
