Ordered the chicken salad sandwich special today, on a croissant roll, yummy!! It was delicious!!! They have the best chicken salad, and very pleasant staff!!!

The best! Classic small town deli. Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. And the food is incredible! My personal favorite is either the hot roast beef or the chicken cutlet hoagie. Lots of variety on their menu, they make a great buffalo chicken sandwich as well as great cheesesteaks and burgers. Along with all of the other standards you'd expect at any good deli. It's a bit of a drive to get here from where I live, but whenever I'm passing through Springfield I make it a point to grab a sandwich at Jem's and it's always a great experience.

Jems catered our backyard college graduation party. Emily is so easy to work with and super responsive. The food was delicious and plentiful. The homemade meatballs were the best! We had Kathleen help us serve and she was so professional and had great energy. Jems made our party one we could sit back and truly enjoy being a part of. Highly recommended!
