The best! Classic small town deli. Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. And the food is incredible! My personal favorite is either the hot roast beef or the chicken cutlet hoagie. Lots of variety on their menu, they make a great buffalo chicken sandwich as well as great cheesesteaks and burgers. Along with all of the other standards you'd expect at any good deli. It's a bit of a drive to get here from where I live, but whenever I'm passing through Springfield...
Jems is the ultimate small town deli. They treat you like family the minute you walk through the door. Highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches and famous chicken salad! Stop in - you won’t be disappointed!
The breakfast sandwiches are NYC quality. The chicken salad is phenomenal. The mac and cheese will change your life. The owners treat you like you are family. Jems is a staple in the Springfield community. I can’t say enough good things about them. Stop by and see for yourself!
