WORST KFC spot ever! Food is ALWAYS soggy. I order online to make it easy. They used to have the food out front so I could just pick it up. They don't anymore. EVERY SINGLE TIME I put in an online order they always MESS it up! ALWAYS something missing. ALWAYS! Or they are missing 2 pieces from an 8 piece meal. ARE THEY REALLY THAT STUPID? I always have to rip corporate a new one when they screw up our order. Corporate always refunds me when I tell them something is missing. So they fix it. But how is this Springfield PA location SO BAD!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

The staff had an extremely poor attitude. We went in to order, and after they charged us and we paid for extra sauce they informed us they were out of the spicy ranch we'd ordered as well as the nacho cheese for the chips, then made absolutely no effort to offer an alternative or give our money back. I understand it's a small thing, but don't charge extra for sauce or let people order nacho cheese if you're out of those items.

My food was good, fresh and on time. Also my car battery died on me in the drive thru. The manager Roz, came out to assist me with my car and gave me a charger to help. She was extremely nice and helpful. Thank You.

Ordered online for pick up. Drove 12 miles to go here and the order was perfect. Even though they were closing, and were having technical difficulties, the cashier was very friendly and the food was great. We visited on Saturday 8/23/25. Whoever was working that night was very attentive and did a great job.

Worst KFC experience ever. Ordered on the app for pickup, arrived to find the item out of stock. Staff couldn’t cancel, told me to call instead. Wasted 30+ minutes on the phone just to be told to call back again. Never got my food, never got help, never got my refund. What a joke — nobody here seems to care about customers. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE!
