Ordered online for pick up. Drove 12 miles to go here and the order was perfect. Even though they were closing, and were having technical difficulties, the cashier was very friendly and the food was great. We visited on Saturday 8/23/25. Whoever was working that night was very attentive and did a great job.

Worst KFC experience ever. Ordered on the app for pickup, arrived to find the item out of stock. Staff couldn’t cancel, told me to call instead. Wasted 30+ minutes on the phone just to be told to call back again. Never got my food, never got help, never got my refund. What a joke — nobody here seems to care about customers. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE!

If I could this place 0 stars I would. I went in to pick up an order and at first I was completely ignored, and when they did end up helping me out 5 minutes later I ended up leaving because the workers just decided to not work and to play around with their coworkers.

This place shouldn't even be open ordered at the drive-thru they said the chicken sandwich would take about 7 minutes which is fine half an hour later sitting in the car getting nowhere I go in they completely forgot my order and then I receive cold food and no apology or anything this place is a disgrace do not come here ever!

Thought we were getting fast food. Paid the same price as we would at a diner and waited just as long. Person taking order was nice. Got up to pay and not one word from them. Waited about 30 mins for our food. Then finally asked us to move up because they’re waiting on CORN! Finally leave and we have no silverware. We’ve traveled all around the United States…..I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience than this.
I order on drive through I spend $45 They don’t give me my whole order 2 things missing I don’t checkk that time but they People no good Nd they don’t give me receipts Also all food cold Not Fresh

I got off of work to get dinner for me and my daughter and my order was incorrect. I drove back through drive thru to inform them that I was missing a whole meal 🍽️. When they gave me my missing meal (which was a #6 no lettuce 🥬 no tomatoes and extra chicken and a soft chicken taco that they charge you extra for the chicken chalupas had lettuce and tomatoes and my soft taco 🌮 was beef 🤦🏾♀️.
I went back and informed them and they made it over. I got home 🏡 and my daughter started eating it only to notice the chicken looked dark and dry and it wasn’t extra chicken at all.
They don’t even give you a receipt 🧾 but they have a sticker on the window they don’t give refunds. SMH. Don’t visit KFC/Taco Bell after 8:00pm.
P.S. Please change your drink dispensers it tastes like water when it’s suppose to be soda.

I visit this location every so often and i always receive great customer service. When I walked in the door I was greeted & told someone will be right with me. The eating area was very clean. When placing my order with the employee (Silah) he spoke very clear and was very helpful when asking what would be the difference in two combos I was thinking of ordering . Once placing my order I quickly received my food … I checked my order everything was correct and the food was hot and fresh. I tried the chicken & waffles and I order something else for my daughter. The service was quick & awesome
