Absolutely pathetic. We ordered online. It was the 8 piece family bucket. My wife drove to pick it up (about 10 minutes away). Brought it home only to discover that there was no breast included!! That’s all my wife will eat from there! I tried calling to complain at 8:30 pm to request compensation. NO ANSWER AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS!!!!! THE WORST!!

They just don’t care. It’s crazy I got a lux box for lunch and they had 7 cars waiting for over 40 mins. I left the line while I could to get back to work . At that point they can keep can keep that 7 dollars and change they advertise. The workers just don’t care.

Went yesterday waited at the drivethru for 10 minutes. Rep kept saying give me a second. Then waited 5 minutes for them to bring it out. Guess fast food is a not to be taken literally. Then the burrito was all sour cream. One and done at this location.

It’s literally like a zoo. The music is blasting so loud you can’t even hear yourself order, I would like to sit in the restaurant but had to sit in my car instead. Last time I sat instead there was a meeting going on and was very unprofessional and very ghetto. Even the manager was very ghetto with the workers, there was cursing and arguing. Again, I had to take my food and eat in my car. I tried to give them another chance but I will not be back to this establishment. This should be closed down honestly. Food is horrible, poor customer service and very unprofessional.

What a steaming pile of crap this place is. Every few years I return here hoping that it has improved and that every year it has proceeded to disappoint me more. The chicken is cold and dry while the tacos are wet and mush. It’s like the worst of both worlds. Just recently got a chicken sandwich because the website offered a 1/2 off deal if I ordered online and my god did that chicken taste like it was half off. Actually one of the worst places I’ve ever been. It’s so bad that I had to go out of my way to write this seething review and I have never written a review on google ever before.

Got dinner yesterday and drive through was closed and went into KFC waited 20 minutes u for dinner,went home and no biscuits were in bag and ordered 12 piece chicken and no chicken breasts,skin was falling off and it tasted awful

Could not understand a word the cashier said; potatoes were dry and lacking gravy; and they forgot the spork. UPDATE: Returned 9/22/24. Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered a breast/wing combo. Got a thigh/leg instead. No napkins!

Listen, i'm a guy that can eat anything. I mean anything. I can't tell you the last time i've had truly bad food- before this event that is. They messed my order up and this was genuinely the worst food I have eaten in years. I even threw it out, which I NEVER do. Even the soft taco was absolutely terrible... how do you mess that up?

This place sucks. The employees are rude as hell. Messed up my whole order and had the nerve to charge me for stuff I didn't order. (2 chicken sandwiches instead of one) Upon return with my receipt and food still in the bag. They said I ate the "second" one. I filed a card dispute..... There was only one in the bag!
