Service was great! I wished I got his name. The pita that came with the spinach artichoke dip was delicious! The kids meals are a good price for what they got. I'm a vegetarian at a steak house, so I got the strawberry salad, it was very fresh and good.

Wasted our time. Front staff told me 15 minutes and I have my kids with me we end up waiting 135 minutes which is ridiculous no apology or anything. Steak taste horrible didn't taste like steak at all. Wife food came out cold and not cooked broccoli taste frozen still , kids couldn't eat their meal a waste of 200 bucks smh and waiter didn't deserve the tip I gave him because he was no help talking about microwave the food for us we want it fresh but still tried to be nice smh

So disappointing here, this place used to be my favorite. Three times in a row now my food was cooked wrong. Too expensive to come back. The place is so dirty, dark and dingy now.
The vibe seems like no one who works there wants to be there.

Ordered NY strip medium well, came out bloody rare. They reheated it by cutting it into 3 pieces and recooking it leaving now juices inside. As I waited, my friend finished his dinner. Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

LOVE THIS LOCATION! I have never been to this location before but have heard many good things about it from the locals. Very very good quality food. Wait staff and management were super friendly. Loved my experience. :) you will too. 100% Outlaw ribeye - Street corn and the side kick of shrimp. Do it !

Food came out burnt waiting for a steak for an hour and a half then it wasn’t correct. I had to wait again from the cook. Another one didn’t give me no condiments cause I got it to go bad experience.

Service was terrible on a Tuesday night. I was a solo diner in the bar area, and it took me 3+ hours to get my food and drinks. When I first sat down, the server handed me my menu over a dirty place setting. I asked if she could clean it and that took 20+ minutes. I should have know the Service would be terrible from there. If you asked for anything it took at least 20 minutes to get it. This location needs obviously needs more coverage.

My husband and I came here for a date night on Sunday (10/19). For a Sunday night, we had to wait 30 mins for a table, despite half the restaurant being empty. While our waitress was great, service was very slow for how busy they were. It took 30 mins to receive our appetizer, which was the onion tonion. Even though it was fresh, it still tasted stale and old. About 20 mins later, we finally got our food. My husband said his food was fine. I ordered Flo's Filet with salad and mac n cheese. The filet was surprisingly tough. I took home my leftovers because by the time we got our food, I was tired and just wanted to go home. Today (10/21), I'm eating my leftovers and I pulled out a giant piece of plastic wrap (like a plastic bag) that was mixed into the mac n cheese (I have a picture if needed). Even though the mac n cheese tasted good, finding plastic in my food has made me not want to return to this location. Extremely disappointing.
