The food was cold. The steak was not cooked right. The drink was weak. We went to the location in Reading and everything was excellent.

We went to celebrate our Pastor birthday. The food was great the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was expected for where we were.

Took over an hour I r for our food to come out. Appetizers came out 45 minutes. They weren't really busy, so dont know what the issue was. We will try it again though.

Food was cooked well. Mash potatoes were a bit runny. Molten cake did not have a fudge center

2/26/23 Some of the food was ok but the rest was uncooked and cold, under the cheese. The waiter didn't come to check on us. I had to wait by the kitchen door to get his attention. Short staffed and not that many people eating.

7/18/25 went back again and had a good experience. Food was tasty and the lava cake and ice cream were good.

For a place that makes steaks they don't know how to make a steak.
Medium rare doesn't mean mushy like wet bread. Sure I understand it's a low end type of restaurant but I had better in similar situations and honestly Applebee's selection and food tastes better while being more affordable.

It was a vibe. But it smelled funny when we got in but felt much cleaner after seated. Service was very slow and they wasn't busy. Our food was good except the mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was horrible. But I definitely will go back.

I go to a lot of Longhorn steakhouse restaurants. I don’t know if it was time of day, or a lack of bartender help. I ate at the bar. The bartender was very friendly. But I think that she was the only one working that area and was overwhelmed. And, I ordered the steak in Pittsburgh style and the chef just made it a rare steak. But the steak was very good and had very little extra fat. Unlike some of the Longhorns that I’ve gone to.

You have to get that hot garbage smell fixed. Because that’s not the Side order I wanted with my steak. The smell that you have to walk through to get to the bathrooms is so rancid, it ruined my appetite completely. And it was supposed to be my birthday dinner. The table we were sat at was sticky and disgusting. The only thing pleasant about our visit was our waiter. He was a doll. Even hand made ma a birthday ice cream Sundae. But besides him being wonderful, I have zero clue how you guys have not had a pop up visit from the state, because, that smell, it’s something I will never forget ! And I know every worker in there knows the smell in referencing. And I would bet $100 that multiple employees looped management in a long time ago. Gross. Will NEVER go to this location ever again.

Ordered Curbside (80.00) got there early decided to get a beer at the bar smelled a strong sewage odor so strong I could not stay. We asked the Greeter could we be seated to have a beer she then took us to a table the Manager came to let us know that we could not sit at the table even after telling him the reason. Lets backtrack. When I went to the bar to get my beer the bartender gave us the beer on the house because of the inconvenience but when we got to the car they came out to make me pay for the beers.
