Horrible experience here. Went in at 11:30 for food… didnt get seated for 20 minutes… not bad. Me and my girl friend each ordered a burger. She got hers medium and i got mine medium rare. Our food did not come out for 45 minutes... 2 cheese burgers… 45 minutes. When it finally came out the burgers were both cooked the same… incredibly raw. The burgers were basically just seared. Im not one to complain about a pink burger but it was cold in the center. The waitress herself was nice… but she was 1 of 2 waitresses. We tipped ours well still. This place is POORLY managed. We did not have to pay for the burgers but we took our business elsewhere. Save yourself the trip. Dont know how this place even gets good reviews… people dont know good restaurants from bad ones.

This was a To go order after they told me my food was done I still had to come and and wait 20 mins on top of that I ask for well done lame chops I got my food and it was pink told them about it and they offered me a free appetizer but I still have to buy something and order to even get the free appetizer will not be going back

Horrible service...DONT EVER COME HERE .I WAITED 2 HOURS FOR MY FOOD AFTER ORDERING..SERVICE..TRASH WAITRESS TRASH ..THROUGH THE WHOLE STORE

The customer service here is not up to par, the waiters in here all chitchatting and playing and not getting nobody orders done correctly and me and my family are receiving the service and attention that we need to and for our food it was cold whatsoever 🤦🏽‍♂️
