I had the Chicken grilled parm with melted cheese & baked potatoe. Salad & onion rings appetizer. Everything was delicious, chicken was tender & juicy, baked potatoe was done well. Onion rings were so good too!

Our server Nick was amazing and very accommodating! The food was fabulous and reasonable!
We had a 25 minute until we sat. Once we sat we received our drinks and the waitress asked us if we wanted an appetizer. We orders our appetizer and entires, and sat and waited over for 45 minutes for the appetizer and a hour for our food. The waitress never came over to re fill our drinks,or apologized for such a long wait in a empty restaurant! Then i received our bill, charging us full price for cold food and the ran out of the sides we ordered. I used to love Long horn but never agian!

Longhorn is excellent as a chain, and the food is great here at this location. A few issues with Baltimore Pike not about food. First of all it's always a 20 minute wait, yet there are always at least a dozen seats open in plain view. Been to a lot of restaurants on the pike and everyone else seems to manage seating better since traffic is high everyday. Even olive garden is faster to seat people. I guess server issues exist here but that's a reason I avoid going because It seems like they are doing something wrong management wise, it's a busy place, get the help you need and take people's money. Also the servers are often overwhelmed, but I only see two or three tables being worked. Maybe you need drink and delivery staff like outback. My big issue is the greeter/hosts. Something deeply wrong at this location there is often no one at the desk, lots of people waiting. The hosts always seem unhappy and avoidant here but other locations are cheerful. All in all I regularly have used 3 locations, and this one is the only that has these issues and I steer clear a lot when I would like to go. This is defiently a MGMT issue sad to say someone needs help on how to run the business.

Wow. What an experience!Walked in, and was NOT greeted by the host. Instead, I asked her how she was doing first, then she spoke to me. She told me it was a 50 min wait for a table of 2. Ok…. No problem. It’s a busy Saturday night. So we tell her we will sit at the bar. What a mistake!At the bar, we got drinks and bread & butter (with no utensils), and then were COMPLETELY ignored the rest of the time. Menu closed in front of us.Order never even taken. We ended up just walking out, because I don’t think anyone even noticed we were there.It may have been a Saturday night, but it seemed like the entire staff was just standing around talking. In fact, almost every table was covered in dirty dishes. Maybe it wouldn’t have been a 50 min wait if there were clean tables? But, to be completely ignored for 40 minutes sitting at the bar, wow. Felt surreal.Will NEVER return to this location.

Just walked out after your bartenders neglected to take our food order for 40 minutes. The servers were all just hanging out talking to eachother. It was like a restaurant run by highschoolers. Actually I bet people in high-school would have given better service than this staff. Won't be back

I've been to this restaurant many times but this last Easter Sunday was the worst experience I ever had I think I had the worst server ever she neglected us the three customers total neglect she had a table to the right of us she would walk around and attend the tables all around us except for us I guess we weren't a big enough party it was only three of us I had to ask the waitress waiting on another table if she could bring salad dressing for my daughter's salad and she was kind enough to do that while waiting on her own tables so I complained to the manager paid for the wings that we did eat and I gave the other waitress that was waiting on other tables a tip for bringing the salad dressing and then we went down the street to outback and had dinner and enjoyed it their service was great

This is my first 1 star review after many reviews but feel I would have wanted to be warned as this was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. Not only did our food take an hour and a half but as we tried to get a status and speak to a manager everyone dodged us. I have been in situations where restaurants are short staffed but this one lacked customer service as well and made for a miserable experience. I would suggest you avoid it and eat somewhere else.
