I ordered a cake at 11am for it to be ready at 1pm and I go to pick it up at 4pm and they told me it would be a 15 mins wait!!!! The employees move as if they were sloths.

Love their cakes! I like that they offer personal sized cakes for only $6. I like that if you join their free rewards program that you get a free personal sized cake for your birthday. I've tried their lemon, lemon-blueberry, and carrot cake.

One of my favorite spots to go to for a sweet treat although the last 3 visits to the Springfield location they didn’t have my favorite vanilla so very disappointing.

Ordered on line and paid several days ahead. Store was chaotic no orders ready. Waited over half an hour and I was not the only one. Staff surly and unhelpful. Doubt I will be back or recommend them to friends

A cute little shop with overpriced Bundt cakes. The service is great. The cakes themselves ? The only person who would characterize these cakes as delicious would be someone who never traveled outside of Springfield. If by the grace of God you did venture out to other bakeries and maybe even traveled abroad, you'd take a bite of this bakery's offerings and vow to never set foot there again. There are much better and more interesting pastries and cakes elsewhere - for the same price. And if you visit ethnic bakeries, and I recommend that you do, then you'll wonder how pedestrian and overpriced bakeries like Nothing Bundt Cakes even stay afloat. I guess they count on people never ever having had an actual good cake.

My husband and I had a sugar craving so we decided to stop in. The store was clean, quaint and decorated was nicely. The service was friendly and informative. We ordered 4 bundtlets; red velvet, carrot, lemon raspberry and chocolate peanut butter. They were so delicious. Decadent and moist! We will be back and very soon!

Today was my first time at this location after visiting Wynnewood before. Upon entering, there was no greeting, and one employee avoided eye contact. Another older employee looked at us ignored and continued a casual conversation with a customer who had been served, eventually a young lady coming from the back asked for our order: a strawberries and cream 8-inch Bundt cake. She said it would take 10-15 minutes and asked if we wanted decoration, which we declined. As we waited, the employees chatted among themselves. When one noticed us sitting, she mistakenly thought we ordered confetti cake and then said we needed to pay first, rolling her eyes when my mother pointed out the lack of communication. Frustrated, I said I didn’t want the cake anymore, especially since it was for my birthday tomorrow. I was disappointed with the experience and won't return to this location. The energy felt negative, making it seem like placing an order was a hassle.

I placed my order on the 9th for the 14th and it arrived at exactly 10:50 as i requested! The cake looked so beautiful we didnt even want to eat it because of its beauty! Anyway after we started eating it we were all talking about how delicious the cake was it was perfectly cooked and i actually heated the chocolate chocolate cake and man that was fire? I will be ordering this again for all of my festivities
