This Olive Garden location was very accommodating to our large group of 30 people. The staff was patient with us and had an overall nice presence about them. The food came out hot and was good. The only thing was they ran out of breadsticks before our entrée arrived, but all in all I recommend this location.

My family and I came to Olive Garden on Baltimore Ave for the second time, and this visit was truly a treat. While we did have to wait a little longer than expected to be seated, our experience was made exceptional thanks to our waiter, Travis. His service was outstanding—he was attentive, hospitable, and always respectful. Every time he came to our table, he was kind, generous, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend asking for Travis if you dine here; he really elevates the experience. Overall, it was a very good visit.

Tonight’s dining experience was Absolutely amazing!!!!! . Thanks to ANTHONY CASSIS/Manager.. He did a phenomenal job. Service was absolutely top-notch . He ensured that we received our food timely. . Served us with a smile. Very courteous.

I am unsure of your purpose mission statement is for Olive Garden, however, I’m sure he represented the company well. Thanks to him. We will be returning and sharing this amazing experience with our friends and family.

ANTHONY was OUTSTANDING! I witnessed his managerial skills on full display and l was thoroughly impressed by his amazing customer service and his warm disposition made my mother and I feel so welcome. The food items were brought to us very quickly as well. He was amazing!

I came here yesterday to have lunch. I didn't receive salad or bread sticks. I ordered my food and although it did come out rather quickly it was burnt especially my calamari. I'm not sure who the cook is but he needs to be replaced asap. I ordered a 2 go meal it was called the Tour of Italy and that was nasty as well. I spent over 80 bucks and the only food I enjoyed was the chocolate mousse cake and the water, even the mint was all melted. For 80 bucks the food should at least be edible, in that note I don't think I will ever be returning back to Olive Garden again or at least not at this location. Olive Garden is going down hill.

Travis was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond not only as our server but for the entire section Travis was serving! The accuracy of our meals, the conversation, personality, and kind spirit was so fabulous. Thanks so much, Travis! And Cece (sp?), the manager who is leading a great team + environment at this OG.

My friend and I went to olive garden tonight for my birthday, and omg it was the best experience ever. Walking in, the hostesses were very nice and quick, which is always appreciated! Then our server, Christina, came over and immediately greeted us with the kindest most attentive energy. Keep in mind, this is my first time at olive garden and i had high expectations and when I say Christina and this damn food met every expectation, I mean it. She has great humor and is so speedy with everything, honestly couldn't have asked for a better server. Thank you Olive Garden and thank you Christina for an amazing 18th birthday. ps- the birthday song was so fantastic. 10/10 will be back

My food delivery has been a disappointment multiple times. Only 1 time it was good was after I complained about things that were wrong the first time. & there is no one to ask about your order through uber (they deliver for Olive Garden) when you call. The experience is bad honestly

I visited your restaurant a couple of nights ago with my parents for dinner. Unfortunately, the service we received was disappointing. The male server assigned to our table was not professional. It took nearly 12 minutes before he approached us to take our drink orders or offer water.

Throughout the meal, he never checked on us. At one point, I needed something urgently and had to ask another server who was very professional and attentive, to assist us. Honestly, I wish she had been assigned to our table instead.

Our meal didn’t take long, as I had ordered something light and my parents weren’t very hungry, we just needed a quick bite. Still, the server was nowhere to be found. I even walked up to the front to ask that someone let him know we needed him, but he still didn’t show. Eventually, a busser helped us get his attention.

When I paid in cash, he returned the change and walked off. I had intended to hand him a tip personally, but we never saw him again. Since we had to leave, I told the front desk to please ensure he received it, as I didn’t want other guests accidentally taking it.

I’ve always had good experiences at this location and have recommended it in the past. That’s why I was so disappointed this time. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I encourage management to be mindful when hiring and training staff to maintain the high standards your restaurant is known for, thanks.
