I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that people should be aware.

I placed an online curbside catering order at 3:00 PM, scheduled for pickup at 4:10. I arrived on time and sat in my car for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The customer parked next to me—who had been waiting even longer—eventually gave up and went inside, only to wait another 20 minutes before walking out with his food.

When I went inside, the restaurant was basically empty aside from staff. I stood at the front desk for another 10 minutes while multiple employees stood around talking and staring at me without offering help. Only a few people appeared to actually be working.

I do want to give credit where it’s due: the bartender who first acknowledged me, the employee handling phone and pickup orders, and the manager who ultimately got me my food were the only people who seemed to care. What made this even more irritating was realizing my order had been ready the entire time.

Being ignored while your food sits there ready—especially for a scheduled curbside pickup—is completely unacceptable. The food itself tasted fine, but the experience of trying to get it ruined that entirely.

I would not recommend this location. Poor communication, lack of urgency, and inattentive staff made this a genuinely aggravating experience. This is not how a business should be run

Hostess was rude when my daughter and I asked to switch tables. The food wasn't as good as it used to be

Great experience, our server Laney was awesome. The pacing of the food was great and fast 8 came into the restaurant starving and she took care of us . The breadsticks were a little hard the first time around but she remade them for us with no problem at all. And the salad was perfect so delicious, the lettuce was so crunchy and the dressing so tangy and tasty. We ended up eating two full salads just for two people. Overall, I was very satisfied with dinner last night.

Very overpriced for pretty cheap pasta. The 'side' of meatballs was not enough. Also, the food almost came TOO fast. After about 4 bites into our salads, they brought out the main course, felt like we were being rushed out.

I went with a group of friends who love pasta, and who all regulars at Olive Garden Springfield! I am not a fan of pasta but I did find something on the menu for myself.

I went with my husband here for our first anniversary and it was our first time at Olive Garden.

The server, a guy, I can’t remember his name was very unwelcoming and we weren’t even offered any cheese at all? Until I saw that they were serving it on the other tables is when I asked him if he could do the same for us and he did it for like a second and left.

The worst experience ever especially on such an important day, left him a tip anyway but feel disappointed with this service.

Came for lunch! Our server Bryan was amazing! Past couple time we had a bad experience but Bryan made this experience wanting us to come back!
