The stuff is amazing and there is always an atmosphere of family here. My and my friends always eat here because the portion sizes are always nice and the drinks are strong.

The waitress dropped a whole glass of water. It broke into many pieces. Water was everywhere. They had to clean it up including shards of glass. Did not offer us another table or any compensation for the inconvenience. My friend's jeans were soaking wet. Not good customer service. She never reported the incident to the manager ?

Bad experience, they are understaffed, the wine fridge in the dining area was dirty..caked gunk on the vents. We were seated but not served. We left when people who came in after us were served.. and we were not. Never got to the food. This has been my worst experience..if you want Olive Garden drive to Downingtown they are great

We called ahead and were given an hour wait time. We got there at 715, and had to wait for another hour and a half. Never got food until almost 10. The place was slammed and the birthday boy wasn't crazy about the wait. He held on though. The food took so damn long to come. I really wish that they do something about this. They have 2 dining rooms, then maybe 2 kitchens are in order. The bathroom is too far from the 2nd dining room. In all we had a good time because we were together but I wouldn't plan our next celebration here. Sorry. Oh, I had the salmon.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is Minestrone soup, which was very good.Kid-friendliness: Well equipped for children. The menu needs more options and better portion control.

So I arrived at 9:30 and there was no hostess. The bartender looked at me multiple times and even the patrons that she was attending too looked at me as well no one came to tell me if they were taking orders if I could be served nothing. I understand they were closing in a half hour it would have been great to just be told that I couldn’t be served instead of standing there for ten minutes looking crazy.

Hadn't been here in 2 years. Go for lunch around 2:30 pm in the middle of the week. For some reason there is a 20-minute wait in a nearly empty dining room. I just went somewhere else instead.

Food and service were great. But man the options of what used to be offered at Olive garden to now have gone down. There is just not much there. Plus twenty dollars for a plate of pasta and the portion is tiny. Can get more bang for your buck
It's OG and it's pretty much the same. This one is always crowded and the greeters and seaters usually look like middle schoolers and have about that skill set of seating. Food was mediocre. Way to much salt. Our server was great. Atmosphere, ok. Haven't been to an olive garden in years. Prolly will be another few years before we go again. Way to much salt even on the bread sticks.Dietary restrictions: Too much salt if you are on a low sodium diet. No vegetarian options. No Mediterranean options.
