Today we went to Outback in Springfield, our server Kaleigh was outstanding, great customer service! I spoke with her manage Luke to let him know how Kaleigh made our dinning experience wonderful. Both Kaleigh and Luke are examples of elevating customer experience at Outback! I highly recommend the restaurant!

The food was really good, although the mashed potatoes could have been a little hotter. The service was great. If I'm ever traveling through that area in the future, I would consider stopping in there again.

Tonight I had the pleasure of dealing with manager Luke and server KG! Let me just say that KG is an amazing server and such a respectful and pleasant young man! I love seeing Outback employee our young black men and allow them to be showcased in this light! He was prepared, knew the menu, explained all options and new items. He was patient and attentive. I want you to give him some kudos, raise or something. He deserves it! I will be looking for him and the manager Luke on my next visit. What a wonderful team!!
