I visited the Springfield store and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands it smells really bad dirty and the health department should really visit this store because it’s really in bad shape. If you care about what you eat you should stay away from this store.

Employees at this location drenched our salads in dressing and were rude. After eating half of our meal we realized that the lettuce hadn’t been washed and bugs were in the food. Won’t be coming back here and definitely do not recommend this location.

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I was really upset with my order this morning. I ordered half a dozen blueberry bagels and waited, then saw one handed to another customer after I ordered.After that, they told me they were out and just threw in a crunch bagel instead. I ordered blueberry for a reason . this was really disappointing and felt like terrible customer service.

Yesterday around 6-7 me and my friends set down to eat after a hang out a manager and his employee based off the Panera black shirt and her pushing out my friends orders for us to eat, her and her manager had an argument based on how he was talking to her in front of customers yelling telling her to clock out being very disrespectful towards the young lady in hijab seriously my first time witnessing someone quit on the spot obviously she was a good worker and wanted respect !
I have never seen such a bad store. They are very slow. I have waited for 1 hour and my order is not ready yet. I will never order from here again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Ok this has nothing to do with the lovely staff, but NEVER GET A SMOOTHIE! ITS A SCAM. A LEGIT SCAM. They claim it’s 16 ounces worth of smoothie. When in reality, you are not getting 16 ounces worth of smoothie, you are getting a kiddie cup. It’s clearly a 10 ounce cup or lower. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else for smoothie.

So fresh and delicious. The bread is so amazing

Ordered the ceasar salad with chicken and the cheese on it was chunky and gave me 5 pieces of croutons.🙄
