Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Good tasting and quick service. Surprisingly well done. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about trying it, but was very glad I did.Honestly better than the Asian cuisine around my locale.

The food and prices are pretty good. My fav would be so far the chicken drunken noodles with the lettuce wraps. Very Tasty ?. Service is pretty fast too. You can eat in out take out.

It's always a pleasure to visit this gorgeous little restaurant called Pei Wei.The friendly staff always greet me with a smile. You can see the cooks working hard back in the wok kitchen. The dining room is always clean. The decor is a rich Asian red, black, and golden wood. Delicious meals are served fresh & hot. Portion sizes are good for the reasonable price. And a couple of interesting flavored teas are served at the drink area.We have lost several Pei Wei restaurants in our region over the past few years, so this one is a treasure!

Wonton soup didn’t taste good and a wonton had something hard and inedible in it. White rice was dry and seemed like leftover from previous day, not fresh. Some kind of weird chopped mushrooms spread over the top of the chicken lo mein which was not appetizing. Haven’t ordered from here in over a year and likely won’t ever again.

My wife is gluten free. She ordered from Uber eats and when we received her order, there was no gluten free sticker on the container so we didn’t know if it actually was gluten free or not. She called multiple times, trying every possible extension to talk to someone (pickup order, catering order, speak to someone). No one answered. She sat on hold for 30+ minutes just to see if anyone would ever pick up… no one did. I also tried and could not get through to anyone. By the time I was so fed up I was going to drive up so I could actually talk to a human, they were 5 minutes away from closing. What’s the point of having a phone number if you don’t answer? As someone who grew up in a family restaurant, this was infuriating. We paid for a dinner my wife could not eat because there is seemingly no way to get in touch with the restaurant.

I LOVE Pei Wei. I LOVE that they have vegan options and I ADORED the slim crispy tofu and they suddenly changed to big chewy cubes which is FINE but the thin pieces were SO amazing. Why change??

Love the abundance of vegan options but they made my tofu order with chicken! So after I spit that out they kindly remade it correctly but it wasn’t very flavorful. Won’t recommend to a friend nor be back.

In the past Pei Wei has not let us down…delicious food & nice portions, today was a different story. I ordered on the App for 5:15 pm I got there at 5:10 thinking it will be hot…the two orders I picked up were sitting there which I’m thinking for awhile since it wasn’t hot to the touch. Both of us tried the “new” Fire Cracker Chicken, I looked in both bags which felt very light I wanted to be sure it was the correct order…mostly rice with six small pieces of chicken & the rest was very tiny pieces of just breading. What’s going on with the portions?? I called to speak to the manager who I have seen when eating in the restaurant he always asked if we were enjoying the food. A woman got on the phone I asked if the manager was there stating… I know he’s a man, she said…he quit! Ok, I told her how disappointed I was and the amount of chicken to rice was way off. She asked our names on the order & said she refunded us. I have to say it’s really a shame we will now think twice before going to our go to place when honestly the food was so good. Whoever cooked it knows what they are doing but, seems like this store is cheap on the portions now.

The cashier was very knowledgeable about foods that were allergen friendly. She was very nice and paAs always everything tasted wonderful.

Always a Great Experience for the kids and food is one of their favorites.

I ordered take out. The place did not complete my order. It was suppose to be done at 5:34. I stayed there for 30 minutes. Then the worker told me my order wasn’t there. He didn’t offer to take my order. I showed the confirmation email and proof of purchase. Never offered a refund or to make my order for me right then and there.

Ordered our food a little before 6:30. They said it would be ready a little before 6:50. Got there and stood in a line of 10 people (one guy said he’s been waiting since 5:30). They didn’t make almost anyone’s food and everyone had to leave because it was now 8:00 and they were now closed.
