I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Finally stopped in for milkshake happy hour and had a fantastic chocolate shake.
Yummy pretzels. Great variety of pretzels and dips! Clean. Friendly staff. Always prepared!
