Been at this location two times. Each time. All the workers have greeted me with a smile and was so polite! I always gave them a tip and food was delicious!! Prices were very reasonable! I love coming here now to know that this is a very well kept place, warm, fresh pretzels, and very friendly staff! Highly recommend to everyone who needs something to come here! Only downside was when i came the second time I got a cheesesteak pretzel bite and they were all cold! But it didn’t...

Although the service was good and the young man at the counter was very nice, he had on plastic gloves while handling the pretzels (good thing) but he was handling the money with the same gloves on. Wearing gloves is for sanitary reasons and that doesn’t seem sanitary.

I was going out of town and picked up pretzels on my way, to my mistake I assumed all my items were in the bag but came to found out I was missing items. I called to get a refund since I couldn’t go back to get said items and spoke to Kevin. Kevin is amazing and handled my issue quickly and efficiently and Kevin deserves a raise. Thank you Kevin for your professionalism, it’s not the mistake that’s the issue it’s how it’s handled and this was handled perfectly.
