I had an extraordinary at this restaurant. We loved the awesome atmosphere and the food. The waiters are very amiable. I’m happy we ultimately decided to visit this restaurant.

Just got two appetizers, banging shrimp, and chicken quesadillas. While the service was poor, the appetizers were excellent. No acknowledgement whatsoever upon entering and no interest in our business. We were so glad we ordered it to go.

My husband and I left about 10 minutes ago extremely frustrated. We waited for over 30 minutes for 3 appetizers. Shrimp fondue, a chicken quesadilla, and mozzarella sticks. Not only was that frustrating but our surver was missing for about 10 minutes in the back. It would be different if the place was packed and he was running around but he was not. The table next to us had to find someone else just so they can pay to leave. It's really unacceptable and when I disclosed to a random worker we were leaving they didn't try to fix the problem or apologize.

I signed up for Ruby's emails which gives you a free burger on your birthday. I consider myself a burger connoisseur....folks put Ruby Tues in your top 5! Sat at the bar when they opened at 11 am. Had a glass of Josh cabernet and 10 mins later my birthday burger came out...hot fresh DELICIOUS! As always friendly service!

I don't usually eat at Ruby Tuesday or similar restaurants, but when I want something good fairly quick and fresh and with some eye appeal, I recommend Ruby Tuesday.

Salad bar is excellent!!! Macaroni and cheese bacon burger rocked and Peach Iced Tea.....YUM!!! Service was great also.

Do you really want my opinion? Here goes. I thought I should of had a little more veggies. The drink we ordered was very watered down. My friend spoke nice to the waitress and she did nothing.. I may be back ,but not for steak. Otherwise the waitress was not freash She had respect. Otherwise food was outstanding. Ok, you asked me.
