Wanted a slice of pizza and it came out to 5.69$ I’d rather starve

We were behind a few customers in line and had to wait ten minutes to place our order. There was a guy slowly making pizzas, a woman behind the counter moving slow as a turtle, and a guy folding pizza boxes in the back but only the woman was helping take and fill orders. The workers looked very unhappy. A teenager in front of us ordered 7 slices and instead of giving him a hot pizza that just came out of the oven and would’ve been cheaper she gave him the 7 slices at a much higher price and didn't even heat them! Our pizza when we finally got it was good. Main problem with this place is very unhappy workers with low morale and thus move slower than molasses.

I was I could give zero stars. Horrible. Took 10 mins to be acknowledged while standing in front of two workers. Had to ask 3 times for a plain slice of pizza until it was given to us. Workers wore no gloves while touching food, trash and other surfaces. Customer service awful, rude and unwelcoming. Multiple dirty tables in the dining area as the workers sat at a table and looked around. Never again.

Food is extremely over priced. Had pasta and it made me sick. Temperature was nuke warm even though they claimed they just made it and had a greasy soggy taste to it. They were also out of ceasar dressing and was not told they were using ranch for there ceasar salads.

This is not the Sbarro that I enjoyed as a kid! The pizza tasted bad and the overall atmosphere isn’t great. $12 for two slices of mediocre pizza is insane. Won’t be back.

I haven't eaten at Sbarro's for a while. Sbarro's is still good, in spite of being fast food, in the Springfield Mall Food Court. I had their Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon Stromboli, and a Spinach Stromboli. Both were great, and I was given a cup of tomato sauce with them. I was able to sit down to eat there. Most fast food places no longer have a sit down section. So being able to eat right there was a plus!

0 Stars. Me and my girlfriend were eating our food and seen a brown Banded ROACH. The pizza we waited 15 minutes for was bad and our chicken was falling off like a slip and slide. Don’t recommend and will never return.

They don't do their job properly, they make you wait 20 minutes for 1 pizza.
I order 3 slices to go. He asks me if I want reheated. I says yes. I guess he was expecting me to say not to the reheated question he had. He insisted that that pizza is hot that is not need to reheated but i insisted to reheated. Also,I ask in individual boxes. Instead I got 3 slices in a big box and the slices were cold. The worse place to have a slice of pizza.

Basic pizza place. The 4 cheese white pizza is really good and the slices are big. The breadsticks however are pretty bland and kind of tough. The lemonade is kind of tart.

Asked for the combo any 2 New York slices for 10.99 was charged .50 per slice extra on top of the 10.99 and I also asked for extra cheese -wasn’t an option even if I paid. Also my pizza was cold which made it disgusting. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!Disappointed by service and food!
