Recent Reviews

It's a convenient place to dine at for a quick bite while you're in the mall, and the customer service is decent. The pizza is not gourmet, (to be fair, Sbarro doesn't claim to be), but it is filling. Definitely on the greasy side. It's priced like gourmet pizza, though, which it truly doesn't merit.

I haven't eaten at Sbarro's for a while. Sbarro's is still good, in spite of being fast food, in the Springfield Mall Food Court. I had their Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon Stromboli, and a Spinach Stromboli. Both were great, and I was given a cup of tomato sauce with them. I was able to sit down to eat there. Most fast food places no longer have a sit down section. So being able to eat right there was a plus!

My family stopped in for lunch today. We had a good meal and then my toddler dropped her plate of spaghetti on the ground. The manager responded very quickly to help clean up and even brought us a fresh plate of food. That was very thoughtful and above and beyond.
