If I could I would give it a negative review. Ordered my burgers and shake and while waiting I witness the cook spray a chemical on the walls near the grill. I asked what it was and was told it's to make the walls shine. They don't care about their customers getting sick anytime you spray a chemical so close to food. Asked for a return and was given my money back.
Excellent burgers, fantastic and helpful staff. Place is always clean.
Ordered a smokehouse burger and got 2 little pieces of bacon on it with millions of diced peppers on it. Way too expensive to short people like this. Very disappointed

Why can’t I get my drinks when I place my order and pay? The staff were friendly but the website and tablet to order both did not work. Kind of a pain to get fast food.

Im devastated 💔 this place is just another restaurant I can not longer eat at. They have treenuts on the menue. This was one of the few places I could still eat. The food was yummy so was the drinks.

Was very happy with the decision to visit the Springfield location, and the food was fresh and delicious. While other staff members may have felt lack luster at time, I really appreciated Sam who made sure I had the best experience and went out of here way for me.

Nick’s customer service was WONDERFUL. There needs to be more of him in many of these restaurants. I’m not from the area and didn’t know anything about this spot. He was patient and knowledgeable about the food when I asked questions. He helped me make a decision and even compare prices. Thank you sir and I deeply apologize that my brain is awful with names. lol I will return!
