Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Do yourself a favor and go to a nice place in Media and spend the same amount of money for a better quality meal.

Shake Shack Springfield has very professional staff members and the store is very clean. Theres plenty of seat to eat inside,even when it's busy with customers.

I went two days ago with a disabled relative in the car. Placed my order by kiosk, leaving a contact number and sat back in the car to wait. The kiosk says they will contact you when your food is ready. I received a text message stating the same. No further communication. Maybe 20 mins go by with the store relatively quiet. I go back to find my food had been sitting on the counter for some unknown period. I asked why I wasn't called. The associate, who was not rude simply said she didn't know I was outside. Though she acknowledged it had been sitting a while. So the food was cold. But we were already on the road when that became apparent. I called and left 2 messages for management who has not returned my call. In addition to cold food, my truffle sauce burger with mushroom, had sauce on less than half of it, leaving it bland and a little dry. A Shake Shack trip is a splurge for me, so it'll be harder to choose them in the future.

Today is September 22, 2024 at 7:00 pm and I have never seen such disrespect in employees. I hope they are not like this towards everyone.
