I was waiting on my drinks to be made one the workers had an attitude standing there on her phone itching her head and the other employee was laughing. I wish I knew what was so funny so I could laugh too. Service is 👎🏼

This is annoying you can’t go in and get a coffee. Got to have a computer and download an app the parking lot is a nightmare. It’s good coffee but no cashiers is ridiculous

Drove 15 minutes to get here to be told they only take orders through the app. No cash and no register to take any orders at all. If you pay with cash like I do then go somewhere else

I went inside to place an order and to my surprise it was just an electronic display with the orders on it and the counter for pickup and of course the staff. So I had to pull out my phone and place an order through the app. I gave 3 stars because; one the inconvenience of them no longer being a full Starbucks and two because my white chocolate mocha tasted like it had no syrup in it and I hadn’t tasted it till I was about 2 miles away cause it was too hot.

This is an order ahead/pick-up only location. They add 1/4 cup of foam regardless if you ask or not. I asked for no foam, I received it. Its quite annoying. The customer service is lacking.

I’m pro technology and fine with the concept but I was frustrated and annoyed not knowing this is what I was walking in to. This isn’t a Starbucks. Calling it Starbucks Pickup online seems like an easy change so customers aren’t caught off guard. I couldn’t download the app because my phones storage was full. Would it kill them to add an ordering kiosk?

It's been awhile since I've gotten any Starbucks but this is one of my favorite spots because my drinks are always good. But today seeing a picture of Yoshi on my dragon drink completely made my day. My kids and I couldn't stop laughing. I love it!
