I’m paying for a half empty cut. The customer service is terrible. I asked to have my coffee remain and they gave me the same one.

They only take mobile orders from the app. The name should be changed to reflect this.
Really a bad experience for customers who don’t have OR want to download your app. Seems strange to make things inconvenient in today’s world. I should be able to buy a coffee with cash or card?!?

My experience here was far from the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
Firstly, this location lacks any indoor seating, which completely undermines the concept of Starbucks as a "second space" for relaxation or work. Without any seating options, you're left standing around awkwardly, waiting for your order, which takes away from the comfort and convenience that Starbucks typically offers.
Additionally, there are no restrooms available, which is a basic amenity that customers should expect from any establishment. The decor is also quite sterile, resembling more of a hospital waiting room than the warm, inviting atmosphere usually associated with Starbucks.
The service was equally disappointing. The baristas seemed apathetic, showing little interest in customer interaction, which only added to the unwelcoming vibe. Furthermore, the forced use of Starbucks cards to pre-order—requiring a $25 load just to purchase a $5 drink—is not only inconvenient but feels like a coercive business practice.
Even the Starbucks locations inside Targets offer a better experience than this one. I hope that Starbucks considers making significant improvements to this location to align it with the brand’s usual standards.

Idk who the hell made my caramel macchiato here because it was all milk and like 20 pumps of caramel just lodged at the bottom of my cup. It taste like I was drinking milk, cold foam and extra extra caramel. It was horrid. Venti caramel macchiato is my go to from Starbucks and I’ve gotten it from a couple other locations in delco but this was the worst thus far. The taste of espresso was no where to be found. Pls do better.

Since becoming a takeout only service the product quality has dropped significantly. People are not friendly and not helpful. Many times I’ve paid for a drink and it was not even made correctly. I get coffee every day and invest in Starbucks because of quality and this location does not represent well.

I have been coming to this location for years. I am fine with mobile but I am not fine with their unwillingness or reluctance to fix a drink. I asked specifically for light ice. When I got home the drink was mostly ice. I called to tell them, thinking they would offer to remake it. Instead they told me to order it again and they would make it with less ice. So often they don’t make the drink the way I like it so I am going to stop going there. The lack of personalization both in caring for and about customers is gone. I’d prefer to drive further and get the right drink from someone who cares that it’s the right drink.

Can't order here without their app, and you can't use their app if you're not from the US.

THIS SUCKS!! i’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and years, but, while I was out of town for while, they changed it to a 100% mobile location. I am not a fan of this type of Starbucks, although I do understand that sometimes locations only permit limited services. But to take a store and change it, while leaving a crappy corporate sign on the front that refers to “community,” is false advertising, there’s no community here, just get in and get out. The baristas were awesome, they understood my confusion and made my order promptly and correctly. But I had been looking forward to hanging out and reading while I had my beverage. And I wanted to use the bathroom, none of which was available. I think the drive up feature is new. I didn’t notice it before, so maybe that’s it. I don’t know, and I don’t care. I will not be coming back to this location and it’s one more thing against Starbucks in my book.
