I’m pro technology and fine with the concept but I was frustrated and annoyed not knowing this is what I was walking in to. This isn’t a Starbucks. Calling it Starbucks Pickup online seems like an easy change so customers aren’t caught off guard. I couldn’t download the app because my phones storage was full. Would it kill them to add an ordering kiosk?

It's been awhile since I've gotten any Starbucks but this is one of my favorite spots because my drinks are always good. But today seeing a picture of Yoshi on my dragon drink completely made my day. My kids and I couldn't stop laughing. I love it!

Mobile order only is the dumbest thing any business can do. I’m not downloading an app and adding a card when I’m right in front of someone who can make my drink, 0/5 do better

Some may complain about the mobile pick up only but I am completely ok with it. It only takes a few minutes to download the app anyway. This is my go-to Starbucks in Springfield! I usually get a strawberry lemonade açaí refresher or some Mocha Frappuccino! They never get my order wrong, sometimes they leave a nice note like a smiley face or fun fact! And I love them! In conclusion some may complain about the mobile pickup only situation but I enjoy it especially since I get points/stars from my Starbucks orders!

I ordered a trenta salted caramel cold brew with caramel crunch topping. The drink I received was not even close to what I ordered. I politely asked to have it remade and was met with attitude from the barista. This has happened several times in past past couple months. Ever since converting to mobile pickup only, this store has gone downhill.

when entering the store looking to order and seeing two employees one ran into the back, Rose behind the counter scoffed at me and said “you order online, it’s the only way you can order” laughing to herself when there is no signs that say that, other than one hidden outside in a corner unable to be seen when entering only when leaving
