They always take special, personal care of me and mine
I went via the drive thru after work. I expected it to be fast. They asked me to pull up to a spot where I sat, No Exaggeration, 18 minutes! Watching all the cars come after me in and out. I backed up back to the drive thru window and was simply told. Your food isn’t ready. I thanked her and wished her a great day. I’m assuming they were out of strips and had to cook more, I’m pretty sure chicken strips take at least 15 minutes to cook. I did not eat at my 8 hour shift job so I sat and remained myself to be patient. Someone else who was not at the drive thru window came and brought my food. He apologized and add an extra strip. I thanked him and wished him a great day! Food was good!
Moral of this story is: Use your PATIENCE and Give people GRACE! These teens who work in customer service are mostly likely working their first job during some very hard times. Be kind to them!
KFC gives these people a raise, I am a patient person, but who’s to say the next person is?

Today October 24, 2025. I came here with my family for eat lunch. Their employee is very unfriendly Bad Customer Sirvice. They give us tacos Incomplete . Inside the taco, some ingredients are missing. Even They don’t care about customers. Shame, shame shame on your Taco Bell .

The most inefficient and rude Taco Bell in quite possibly the entire US. Consider new management.
Being told “you get what you get” after they hand you the wrong food is a new experience for me. The “WE DONT PROCESS REFUNDS” sticker is a nice touch. Also, not wrapping food and just throwing open items down into the bag is disturbing.

Was told to pull around in the lot for my food, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to come out with my order. And not only that, the order was messed up and had missing items. I don’t know who’s working here but this clearly isn’t the profession for them.

I ordered 3 Fresco Tacos today. The tacos were all cold. I could taste one of the chicken slices in it was definitely still frozen. Friendly Service but that doesn't make up for 3 cold tacos.

Avoid this location at all costs. An absolute joke of an establishment. I’m not one to set high expectations from fast food places but this place can’t even achieve the bare minimum of being friendly or accountable. I noticed a sign on the drive thru window saying they’re not longer allowing refunds and after my experience I’m sure it’s because they have more angry customers than happy. It’s beyond evident that there is no good management in place to structure the staff.
I wish I was exaggerating when I say my entire order was wrong. I let the girl at the window know which she had an I don’t care attitude about and almost insinuated it was my fault somehow. I asked if I had to pay one of the items she didn’t charge me for while they did the rest and she told me no and to pull around to the front door. As I’m waiting by the door I witness the (what I’m assuming was) the manager and the girl from the is now come out to yell at a man who was driving away. After waiting a long time the girl comes out to tell me I now need to come inside to pay for the missing item or they won’t make it. Throughout this entire ordeals not a single “sorry about that” or any kind of customer service. I got dirty looks for checking my bag. And I heard them mocking other customers while I was in the lobby.
I’ve worked at a Taco Bell in the past and I’m shocked that their “management” allows this behavior. It felt like the place is run by unsupervised 14 year olds.

The food was all over the place, the hard tacos were broken into pieces no lettuce or tomatoes. Gave me the wrong order. Everything was thrown in the bag like they didn’t care smh. Mind you Im not even from Pa only came to visit I love me some Taco Bell but this Taco Bell is the worst I ever had rs

It is 9:30 and the store get closed at 10:30 . I came for drive thru the black guy was not even answering also he saw us that we are there for food order . He is so rude and worthless

This place was good for like a few months a couple years ago but something clearly changed and now it's unbearable. I check back on reviews to see if its gotten better since it used to be a good and affordable lunch option but unfortunately they don't seem to want to improve. Needs to close down at this point.

Do not bother coming here at night. I have come twice this week, and even though it says it closes at 11pm - they will close it up to an hour or more early. 10:07 and they're closed both times. And it looks like they had been closed for a while. All the chairs were up and the second time I came they ducked down when we went up to the window. They're just standing around in the back while multiple cars swing in to try and get food. We could see them as we drove around.
If you don't want to work until closing time then find another job that will accommodate your desired hours. Management - do better.
