It is 9:30 and the store get closed at 10:30 . I came for drive thru the black guy was not even answering also he saw us that we are there for food order . He is so rude and worthless

This place was good for like a few months a couple years ago but something clearly changed and now it's unbearable. I check back on reviews to see if its gotten better since it used to be a good and affordable lunch option but unfortunately they don't seem to want to improve. Needs to close down at this point.

Do not bother coming here at night. I have come twice this week, and even though it says it closes at 11pm - they will close it up to an hour or more early. 10:07 and they're closed both times. And it looks like they had been closed for a while. All the chairs were up and the second time I came they ducked down when we went up to the window. They're just standing around in the back while multiple cars swing in to try and get food. We could see them as we drove around.
If you don't want to work until closing time then find another job that will accommodate your desired hours. Management - do better.

I came here because it was the closest Taco Bell. I ordered 4 chicken quesadillas, 2 for me, 2 for my brother. For our drink we both ordered Pepsis. When we got our cups to fill our drink with Pepsi we pressed the Pepsi button and, it’s just water, straight up water. I thought it could let get worse until I open my chicken quesadilla and see little burnt flakes on both of my quesadillas and my brother’s which shows that they don’t clean up their equipment correctly (I have a photo) I also saw the employees messing up someone else’s order which made it even worse. This Taco Bell/KFC is not organized properly. Never coming back here.

Took my son to the drive through and ordered 6 hard shell tacos. Got home and opened my tacos to find that 4 out of the 6 of them had barely anything on them. A few tablespoons of meat , cheese and lettuce at most. Did they run out of ingredients or something?

I went to KFC/Taco Bell last night after work for dinner. I request 2 piece original chicken with fries and a biscuit, 8 piece nuggets meal, and a #6 2 chicken chalupa meal , no lettuce 🥬 no tomatoes 🍅, extra chicken and the soft taco to be chicken instead of beef.
I received my order and checked it since it was through drive thru, I had a whole order missing. I drove back through drive thru and informed the of the missing order and the specific way I wanted it because I paid extra and they maid my order. I checked it and it had lettuce and tomatoes on it no extra chicken and the soft taco was beef 🤦🏾♀️. I drove back for the third time and informed them and it was made over. I got home and my daughter started eating it only to find the chicken was dry as if it was old and sat in the heating container for hours. It wasn’t even extra chicken on either one or sour cream or cheese. They didn’t give me a receipt 🧾 and the sticker on the window said no refunds. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I posted my comment last night and it was taken down. This has to stop. Service need to be better!
