The Juice Pod Springfield

Love this place! Springfield citrus fire juice and the pod chopped salad are my favorite 😍 the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is unbeatable! Super quick service especially considering everything is made to order and fresh!!

I love this place! The food is always so fresh and the workers are always so helpful especially with my modifications! I always recommend The JP to my friends and my favorite smoothie is definitely the Nutter Butter. The food is also a plus, I love the greek salad or a buffalo chicken panini!

The service is absolutely terrible. The cashier we dealt with was very rude. It is amazing how restaurants will hire anyone with no customer service skills. The store hours aren’t accurate, the employees just close whenever they want. If you don’t, like your job, don’t make it your customers problem🙄 go get a different one! NO FRUIT!!! after i ate it😩

The appearance of the store is cute, and that is really the only positive. After trying to order toast, was told that they close in an hour and they “aren’t doing food”. It was 1 pm and the sign says the close at 4 pm on Saturdays. There was also another customer in the shop with toast. We asked if they did bowls with a base that did not contain berries, and the cashier stated the best they could do was an açaí base with chocolate whey protein added. After ordering and taking a closer look at the menu there is a coco bowl section and many other options. When paying there is a large credit card fee and the cashier herself added her own tip to the bill! I was floored. We got the blue majik bowl and the cougar bowl (modified) and it was ok. The food is mediocre, the service is atrocious, and each customer is treated differently (definitely not in a good way!) I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious smoothie!

The best! They go above and beyond everytime.

I came in, and had ordered a smoothie on the app but my phone had died. She refused me my Smoothie, claiming that because they did not have it on their screen, i somehow did not pay. My bank Transaction shows the amount went through. The store was empty, and there was no attempt or regard to figure out a solution. I would have had no problem paying again, but she dismissed me.

I love Juice Pod but every time I go to this location, my order is wrong. For how pricey it is, the order should be correct. For instance, I got a tropic coconut bowl and added almond butter. Got all the way home and they gave me a coconut bowl with Nutella, strawberries and bananas....so wrong bowl and didn't even add the almond butter which is an additional charge! Very frustrating considering this is the closest location for me.

This is only for the matcha bowl I don't think they blended it with mango, pineapples or coconut milk cause it honestly tastes awful no sweetness whatsoever. It's alot more green in person. I also had the avo cranberry salad. That was pretty good except the chicken I didn't care for so I would give 4 stars for that.

Wife introduced me to this lovely place. Plenty of yummy smoothies and some other goodies to pick from. Think i got a pitaya smoothie, wife got something with peanut butter. Definitely worth it.

Great smoothie! However…there were pieces of plastic in my drink. I wanted to assume it was coconut but I couldn’t even pull it apart. 3 stars because the girl who took my order was very sweet!! And the smoothie was delicious but I had to stop after the second piece of plastic.
I’m just disappointed after paying $12 for a smoothie that was tainted with plastic.

Pre cooked chicken tastes like rubber. Fruit bowel had all frozen fruit. Bottle of juice had so much foam it was half juice. What a terrible place that considers itself fresh and healthy. Menu is so terribly big and long I got a headache just trying to read it all. How one expects it to be all fresh with a big menu?…I guess they have that figured out. Hope they open up a Toastique in Springfield which is far more superior and better than Juice Pod.
