Wife introduced me to this lovely place. Plenty of yummy smoothies and some other goodies to pick from. Think i got a pitaya smoothie, wife got something with peanut butter. Definitely worth it.
Great smoothie! However…there were pieces of plastic in my drink. I wanted to assume it was coconut but I couldn’t even pull it apart. 3 stars because the girl who took my order was very sweet!! And the smoothie was delicious but I had to stop after the second piece of plastic.
I’m just disappointed after paying $12 for a smoothie that was tainted with plastic.
Pre cooked chicken tastes like rubber. Fruit bowel had all frozen fruit. Bottle of juice had so much foam it was half juice. What a terrible place that considers itself fresh and healthy. Menu is so terribly big and long I got a headache just trying to read it all. How one expects it to be all fresh with a big menu?…I guess they have that figured out. Hope they open up a Toastique in Springfield which is far more superior and better than Juice Pod.

Kind of disappointed. I've been ordering from Juice Pod for a few years. My go to salad is the Greek salad, I add chicken, because it doesn't come with chicken. I've recently noticed that the chicken has changed. The recent chicken you can tell was packaged chicken, it had that weird texture that you get from the Perdue pre- cooked package chicken. I also recently purchased a buffalo chicken panini, that had mostly these big cubes of celery and little bits and pieces of the processed chicken on it. It was basically a celery Panini, it was was extremely messy, because you can tell the sauce was watered down, and it just wasnt good like it used to be. One of the reasons I loved Juice Pod is because it was a healthy alternative to fast food. The chicken that used to come in the salads was real chicken breast, that was on the dryer side like chicken breast is supposed to be. I hate this new chicken, and I hate the food recently. Please keep the integrity of the business and don't change it to cut corners. The prices are very high, so atleast let us get our monies worth. I dont mind the price, if the quality matches. If you need to raise the prices a little more, thats ok, but please go back to providing quality food.
My child goes here 4 days a week atleast. The girls here are great and everything's fresh. My daughter loves the place and I don't even mind the daily $16 debit. I'd rather her here than any fast food place
The friendliest of all of the region’s juice pods! The smoothies and bowls are terrific!
The juice pod has become a favorite of mine I am so addicted to the acai Bowls the original ones absolutely amazing I can eat these bowls every day but they are a bit pricey however they are really good the staff was friendly I will definitely be going back sometime next week

It was my first time at The Juice Pod. I had a wonderful experience at this location. One of the employees working during my visit was very nice and helpful. Which, made me decide on which smoothie to try first. The berry banana burst was fresh and had a wonderful flavor to it. I can't wait to revisit!
The Juice Pod in Springfield has great staff members and high quality food. Plus the store hires speciality challenge people to help out with customer service and preparing smaller items. Keep up the good work 👍
So I love Juice Pod and have been going to the Ridley location for years. I decided to come to the Springfield, one out of convenience of my location. The girl gave me a nasty attitude at the counter because I told her that she messed up my order and asked if she could make me the correct juice. She then went to whisper and talk trash to her coworkers like I wasn’t still standing on the other side of the counter. Needless to say, at least talk about me when I’m gone and I won’t be returning
I love going to the Juice Pod. I typically get the all-star Açaí bowl (no granola) or the whole wheat everything bagel with an egg. Both are great. I especially love that they have an unsweetened version of their açaí since I’m always looking for healthier options. The cost is high, but the quality of the food is good. I would highly recommend it if you can afford to splurge.
the workers are extremely nice and the food is amazing. the only thing is it is pretty expensive but you do get big portions so it is all good!
