The Juice Pod Springfield

Products are amazing, service is impeccable. It’s not often you feel the sense of connection and pride from the owners to the shop, but you absolutely can at the juice pod. It’s not easy to pair delicious and healthy, but they do a fantastic job!! Highly recommended. I’ll be returning again today for an immune boost juice shot!

2.6 on weekends 4 when owner is in. Every weekend my order is a hot mess. From younger staff being snappy, loosing orders then say you said the name wrong. To burnt sourdough sandwiches. I asked about the app not working and been told it's being worked on for 12 months now. Don't waste your time or money on weekends.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location there’s an issue. #1 they don’t answer the phone… ever?? Then when I order online they say I can’t get my points since it was online. #2 a melted AÇAÍ bowl every time , must be the blender that’s the issue lmao. Now the latest.. they didn’t give my door dasher half my food and gave me a smoothie without a straw. I have no idea what the hell is going on over there. Worst juice pod location ever and this will be the last time they get my money.

I love their açaí bowls but it’s ridiculously expensive. I ordered 3 bowls today and the total was $45!

Horrible and $10.00 For 1 drink

It was so crowded they didn’t get my order right & my order was so melted because they left my order on the counter without calling my name for me to get my order all they do is be loud & talk!

Food is good but prefer the other location… rude staff. 8 months pregnant and couldn’t use the rest room. Also the girl taking the order said “is that it?” after everything I ordered, maybe ask “would you like anything else”, “does that complete your order?” …something less rude…

Yuck!!!....They put Peanut Butter in my Pinkberry bowl that describes the ingredients as Nutella (see photo description). I CANNOT STAND Peanut Butter, so I had to throw the whole thing away, while I was on my way out of town. I order from here frequently but I normally get the Cougar bowl. I had to stop getting the Cougar bowls because the acai has been upsetting my stomach the last few times I've ordered. After the Peanut butter debacle, I reached out to the company directly via their website contact. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! On top of that, they automatically add a tip at checkout on their website for literally subpar service (you barely get greeted when you visit them in person). I don't know how service is at the other locations, but I'm over this one.

When my friend and i walked in the girl at the counter this time (i don’t know her name but she was a blonde) she was so sweet and kind made us feel so welcomed it was amazing.

been ordering from here for the past few months since moving in the area. yesterday, my go to drink was made incorrectly 3 times. I decided give them another try today, ordered my same go to drink (the nutter butter) … the cashier made my drink, opened the banana with no gloves. In addition, the drink was over spilling before she handed me the cup and she used her bare hands to wipe the cup. Then used her sweatshirt to wipe the cup. there was napkins directly on the counter top so I was confused. I explain to her to use napkins because that’s VERY unsanitary. Cashier needs more etiquette and cleanliness training. Don’t think i’ll be returning.

We had friends over this weekend so we ordered lunch from The Juice Pod. We got the Avo-Cranberry wrap, Green Goddess wrap, Hipster salad, and Buffalo Cauliflower salad. Everyone loved their food!! We also got 2 Bryn Berry smoothies (with spinach added) and a Sunset smoothies which were also very good!

This place is freaking awesome!!!!!! Food and smoothies are delicious! It’s hard to find a consistently good place for healthy food and they knock it pit of the park every time!!! Highly recommend!!!!
