There’s barely any steak on my cheesesteak

Ordered food via Ubereats and received the complete opposite of what I ordered despite the correct instructions being listed on the receipt. Completely wrong and couldn't even eat it. How do you make someones order completely wrong with no care and then give it to them and expect them to eat it? Disgrace and a joke.

Yesterday was my first time going there.I broke past it many times and always seen people coming and going out of there so I had to try it, The cheese steak was essentially great season very well. I will definitely be coming back again until others also.

I’m really struggling with today’s experience. Had people in town so decided I’d order a couple cheesesteaks and show them what a cheesesteak is supposed to be. Because the one other time I had been here it was great.

This time, it was the exact opposite. Probably one of the most embarrassing attempts at a cheesesteak I’ve seen. More embarrassing was that I talked it up and got this. However, after reaching out to the restaurant they offered to make it right (credit to them!), but I’m not close enough and quite honestly lost faith.

Having said that, the Buffalo chicken steak was good and same with the Hayride Salad. But the cheesesteaks were just so bad (those pics are of the prov steak and the American steak)

Amazing pizza!
Wings are not good though. Ordered 20 for the eagles game, mostly drums with only 4 flats :( and the meat was very dry. Very disappointed because on the website says best wings in delco. The order I got last night was the worst wings in delco.
If you’re craving wings I would order somewhere else but the pizza and salads are great!

Always heard how good they were but it was never a convenience mile wise but was in the area today and everything I heard was true, my pizza was delicious, I got some cannoli's for my bank friends across the street and although I didn't eat any they smelled so good, definitely next time, counter people were very friendly and were on top of many people walking thru the door, this is a great team with great food, remember that tip box!!

Got a steak Stromboli from here, there was a chewed up buffalo wing and bone inside. Whoever the cook is, they’re disgusting

Service and quality of food prepared is dismal. Has gone way downhill. Rewards system is impossible to use. After so many incorrect orders with no resolution we are finally done ordering from Thunderbird for good.

My son ordered food to be delivered to watch the Phillies this afternoon. He ordered a pepperoni pizza, a white pizza with bacon, 20 wings, and a cheesesteak. The food showed up about 50 minutes later.

In my opinion, the cheesesteak was the best item of all of them. It was decent. The pizza was just meh. Lack of much pepperoni and the cheese was a little sparse. The wings were so overcooked that they were basically inedible and went to waste. With the price of wings that didn't make us happy.

I'd get the cheesesteak again in a pinch. Being dead, honest, they are no match for the Original Thunderbird in Broomall.

The salads are by far the best around. Everything is fresh. I have also had the chicken cheese steak and that too was delicious. Can't wait to try more

Thunderbird has been my go to spot since I moved to the area a few years ago. The food quality is still great, however lately I have had several orders with mistakes. Occasional mistakes are understandable, but when it becomes a trend to receive orders made wrong or orders with missing items, it’s become frustrating. Even though I still enjoy the food, the inconsistency lately with orders being incorrect is enough to make me want to stop going.

I used to order from here regularly. Today they randomly decided I’m too far away for delivery. Terrible customer service. You lost a loyal customer.
