I get the economy is rough but this is just trash. Charges you $13 for a chicken cutlet sandwich and it tastes good but I have never seen a company cut a cutlet that thin. It looks like a chicken chip. They give u nothing! I also asked for spinach but he said no. And he was grumpy and had a bad attitude. No smile. Nothing. And the classic sandwich size is smaller than other places too.

Give it a miss. 👎

Your food is terrible and I paid almost $4 for a soda and the cheap straws you give out crumbled before I could put it in my $4 drink. Very disappointed especially when your prices are so high

Food was ok. Fries were fresh and pretty good. Cheese steak was ok but the roll looked like it was a grocery store roll and it wasn't very fresh. Staff was unfriendly and inspite of the menu saying you could get combos for cheaper I was told everything was separate. I was also told they had no ice water for free. Only bottled. Not a fan at all.

Visited during an overnight visit to PHL and wanted to try a local venue. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the outcome. I ordered a veggie sub that was extremely messy and not appetizing at all. The staff was friendly but I wouldn't recommend the food although the fries were not bad.

I’m normally a Pat’s fan, but this is a close second - and Tony Luke’s multiple locations means not having to drive into South Philly.

This Tony Lukes horrible. They over cooked chicken finger and refuses to correct or refund. Finally decided to make and alternate sandwich , which was a cheese burger made it poorly and never replace the fries he through away with chicken finger. They have no manners at this location. I sat for 30mins just observing them and interaction with customers extremely poor. They need to be fired or take classes

Tony Luke? Don’t know him. All the shops closed down, and I’m stuck with these gift cards I can’t use. Now I’m a Tony & Nick’s kinda guy.

I was very disappointed in the food that was served. I usually go to the Oregan Ave location, but thought I was near this location and thought quality control would we similar, NOT.

Dietary restrictions: Asked to have meat/ cheese/spinach wrapped separately from roll. NOT DONE. I'm gluten free and I could not eat the sandwich, I was very DISAPPOINTED.

Good cheese fries and spicy wing dings. But they put too much pepper on the fries. You can tell they just threw it in there instead of sprinkles.
