My wife and I stopped at this restaurant while taking a drive looking to use restroom facilities. This was unfamiliar territory for us. We decided to stay and sample the food. Our waitress was competent and congenial and she was totally unfazed when my wife wanted to change her order. Our sandwiches were delicious and the fries and side of macaroni and cheese were excellent. Next time we take a drive, we just may make Spruce Creek Tavern our destination.
Dining in here is incredible! The servers are fast, friendly and work hard! However, I do not recommend ordering to-go unless you know the menu. ALWAYS ask for french fries and salads on the side to avoid the inability to eat them due to the amount of sauce especially if you order the wing combo. The fries are soaked horribly!

Caught them in the early afternoon, so one of the rare times they weren't real busy. Food good, love the fresh cut fries.Parking: Weekends get pretty busy so it can be tough to find a spot to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to entrance.
