As a truck driver we don’t have a lot of places to stop and eat in rural areas. I was making a delivery near this Burger King and went to the door to go in at 8:20 in the evening and the door was locked. BK head office might want to consider watching this manager due to the fact that the same manager a few nights ago had the location shut down at 4 pm

Love cinnamon rolls so I ordered them for breakfast to go. In the picture they had icing. Ended up throwing them out since they were just balls of dough with cinnamon. No icing on them or to dip them in. Since I got them to go, it's not like I could go back and ask so it just ended up being money down the drain.
I can't stand to put my order on a screen I'd rather rather be waited on at the counter food was cold

Absolute shit service sit in the drive thru for far too long and get skipped over repeatedly. 5 different times sat there and watched multiple vehicles order at the other speaker after being told to wait a minute

Sat in line outside after I ordered for 20 min B4 I paid then sat another 15 just to get to the window to get my food... ridiculous!!!

don't go if your in a hurry. 2 people were running it. there was a guy standing waiting for his food and I was waiting to order. 5 minutes later I left because he hadn't received his food, and they hadn't taken my order. no drive-thru orders were served in that time either.
