Very disappointed in the attitude of the employees. And the selection of donuts, when asked about it was told that they are not another store, and that I could go there! I did not purchase from this store I drove 48 miles to another one owned by another person. I will not be going to this store again!!!

Amazing experience and I blame my friends for getting me to go here! Everytime I go it's always the best experience! I order, pay, and get my order within minutes! No long waiting periods! Fast and to the point! Id highly recommend going to anyone who wants some coffee or a refresher! The workers are always friendly and Efficient with their work!

I’ve stopped by this location 3 times over the last 2 weeks, and each time it’s been incredibly disappointing. One drink made was no where near full and tasted like last week’s coffee. They also don’t take the time to stir the drinks- a mouth full of granulated sugar was not a pleasant experience. And today I took the chance on snackin’ bacon- every piece was completely burnt and my coffee was bad, yet again. Whoever is running this store should be embarrassed. They really need to get it together.

I have been going to dunkin for years now and I’m very unsatisfied with my visits lately in the morning. I always get a strawberry refresher and lately this one worker has been making it not even close to a strawberry refresher and I’m very unhappy. I don’t even ask for green tea now and she fills it up with mainly that and no flavoring of strawberry. Also my drink wanst even full to that top there was a lot missing.

Why did i give this location 1 star??? They had the audacity to not only charge me a dollar for a fn cup of tap water n also added fn tax specifically for the water!!!
They never have fresh donuts. I usually get great drinks but a couple times they tasted too strong and when I asked if they could help me make it a little sweeter like they weren't very happy. Gave me the teeniest cup of syrup. I would have paid for the extra! Lol when they do have donuts they are always stale and the selection isnt great.

I extremely unsatisfied with dunkin this last week, they’ve been out of rockstar everytime i’ve gone this week and i get a different drink and i got the same one each time but they messed it up BOTH TIMES!!!! and my boyfriends drink was also messed up? how hard is it to flipping make a drink, what’s the lore that goes on behind the window? do they even pay attention to what is being said? are they deaf? you’re freaking sponsored by rockstar how hard is it to get some. we went to dubios and they had our drink and they’ve never messed up our drinks before. do better. be better. saint mary’s already sucks enough, that drink at dunkin is what gets us through.
