Food often times sits under the lamp and not served fresh, the one older lady who works there is usually rude especially after complaining about the order being messed up, and tables are usually dirty.

My friends and I walked into this McDonald’s and immediately thought we’d stumbled onto the live taping of Kitchen Nightmares: Dollar Menu Edition. The manager was auditioning for a sailor biopic, cussing so loudly I’m pretty sure my McFlurry curdled. We had ordered online ten minutes earlier, but apparently time moves differently inside this McDonald’s — kind of like Narnia, except instead of adventure you just get hunger and regret. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive. By the time we got it, the fries had given up on being warm and were just quietly accepting their fate. If Gordon Ramsay ever walks in here, I don’t know if he’d yell or just cry.

We usually like breakfast at McDonald's, but a 17 minute wait for 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits with NO communication was a disappointment. Then the biscuits were dry and tasteless. The eggs were bland.

Avoidant and Negligent to customers- where customers are treated as if they are an annoyance. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this establishment. They got my order wrong as well. I’m very very dissatisfied.
There is always a wait for the drive thru. Didn't have receipts, not sure how a restaurant runs out of receipts.

I just have to share this amazing experience! I've been a loyal customer at the St. Mary's McDonald's for years, and during my last few visits, I had the pleasure of meeting their new General Manager, Joe. Let me tell you, he is one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered! He takes the time to sit down with us, share laughs, and genuinely connect. Today, we chatted for about half an hour, and I was blown away to learn he commutes a whopping two hours every day from Williamsport just to be there! Plus, he's about to close on his house in the next couple of weeks. Fingers crossed they keep him around because he truly brings something special to the place! 🌟🍔t to be there! Waited at the drive thru for over 5 minutes and was never spoken to, went in side and stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes and again was never acknowledged. People in front of me said been there over 15 minutes and never acknowledged. Ended up leaving. May not ever come back.

Workers are insanely slow (both literally and metaphorically). They can’t seem to do anything right. I’ve waited about 40 minutes for food multiple times. Only reason I come back is because I work in this town. I’d say just don’t waste your time and money. Because they never give your money back

As I passed through town today, I decided to stop in. While I've dropped by this particular McDonald's a few times over the years, today's visit felt distinctly different. There was an unmistakable warmth in the air, and the atmosphere buzzed with a sense of friendliness that made me feel immediately welcomed.
The restaurant was a bit busy, but the staff was handling everything with impressive efficiency. I noticed a gentleman diligently cleaning the dining area; his attention to detail and pride in his work were evident. Even the bathrooms were exceptionally clean, which is always a pleasant surprise. It's refreshing to see a team that takes such great care in maintaining their environment.
