I go here all the time because of the mobile app deals I use to work at this McDonald’s it used to be good my food use to always taste fresh now sometimes I go there it isn’t hot enough then 2/5/25 I placed a mobile order to pick it up before they closed I got there at 10:54pm they are supposed to close at 11pm I sat in the drive through at the speaker until 11:59 before I called their store phone and they said they closed at 9pm you would think they would shut off mobile orders so someone can’t place a order if they close early honestly it’s ridiculous luckily I was able to cancel my order and get my refund within minutes of cancellation

Shut it down. Opened the Filet box... looked like I scared the "Sh - Tartar" out of it. The double cheeseburger had more cheese stuck to the wrapper than the sandwich. Play it safe with no assembly required items.

Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes with no one. Went in and got ignored for the first 10 minutes I stood there. All while one of the employees stood and had a conversation with some random guy. The place is dirty and the service is bullshit. Don't waste your time.

St. Marys use to have one of the best McDonald's restaurants around. Clean, friendly, and well run. Since new ownership has taken over the operations, the place has become a disgrace. You sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes and are ignored. If you are short staffed, I get it. A simple, "sorry we are short staffed today and will be with you as soon as we can" would suffice. But no, you're ignored. If you go inside, they have no one working the counter and you are ignored there to. Tables are always dirty, floors sticky, and fountain/ketchup stations are unkempt. Takes forever to get a simple order of food, and often it is not even fresh. Being short staffed is one thing, but the workers they do have just don't care. I wish Gene still owned it.
