My kids are OBSESSED with the gym. What a fun, clean and safe environment for them to get some energy out! We recently hosted a birthday party here and it was very affordable. Leroy was extremely accommodating and the kids had a blast! We will definitely be having more birthday parties here.I would highly recommend both a gym membership and renting for parties!
I came as a visitor. It's one of the only health food stores for miles. I got a couple supplements I needed. Very grateful they are in this area
This is not a full service restuarant but rather a store that sells pre-made food also. Salads, sandwiches, smoothies, vegan jerky, snack bars, frozen whipped fruit, all fresh made. Everything is so good. I love that I can get groceries and lunch to go.

We attended a birthday party in the fitness center and I was highly impressed. This indoor play area was amazing. The kids had a blast and so did we adults. I pull recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to hold a child’s party. 10/10.

there food is great fresh and comes locally so I like that. there drinks are great tasting and all fresh and the service is amazing
