Wow! Wow! Wow! We enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner at American Ale House & Grill before a concert at BJC. We started with shrimp cocktail, with the huge, firm shrimp resting on a bucket of ice and dipped in chilled cocktail sauce. Perfection! As a patron who has been there a couple times, even in the Piano bar for Valentine's Day, I was not enthralled by the lack of professionalism by he who was either the manager or owner that was in the dining area during a slow, pre dinner weekday. A thick cloud of smoke engulfed the dining room from the fireplace in the bar. I had kindly asked the Bartender if he could vent it.
