Great spot! Really good beer, nice / efficient staff (even when swamped on football weekends), and the cheesesteaks are great. Owner running around helping on busy days, brewer outside taking payment for cheesesteaks, fun conversation with both bar staff and those cooking the steaks. Must visit every time we return to Happy Valley.
I didn’t stay long but it had a great atmosphere. I got the hard kombucha (it was okay) and my boyfriend got a hazy ipa and did not like it
Jen is the best! Best customer service hands down. If you want a great drink and a great experience come here :) <3333
We are from Virginia and never come to State College without visiting Antifragile! We first heard of them from Blue White Illustrated and so very glad we tried it!! We highly recommend Antifragile to anyone coming to the area!! Great beverages all around!!
Incredible cheesesteak! Great beer! Couldn't have been happier at at that time.
Best beer I have had in town. An outstanding offering of local liquor and a very impressive cocktail menu. The owner, John is awesome, and the beer they make is great. The location is ideal as their are food venues surrounding this brewery that you can bring in while you enjoy your drinks.
The service was fantastic. The cheesesteaks were to die for. Erica was friendly, welcoming, and overall inviting.
The hard strawberry lemonade kombucha was so wonderful that I couldn’t resist reordering. I highly recommended this place if you’re a first time state college visitor and if you’re just looking for a low pressure, comfortable afternoon.
Great service and delicious beers. What’s not to like? Check them out!
Chill vibe, lots of smiling people enjoying GREAT beer. Tasted two pilsners. Both delicious, full of character, and individually unique. Nice comfy lounge area upstairs. I hope I can come back tomorrow to try the IPAs.
Do you want a incredible experience? From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about their craft.
The beer and kombucha selection are outstanding, with a wide variety of unique and flavorful brews.
I particularly enjoyed the Brevity and Strawberry Lemonade Kombucha.
Oh! and they sell Cheesesteaks!!! SO GOOD.

Stopped in to grab a few drinks and a cheesesteak. Antifragile has hit the nail on the head! Each one that I tried was great. I started out with Back To School sour, which was just amazing. The amount of blueberry that comes through with a slight sour hit was perfect. Then I had Stories We Can Tell, which is a double hazy IPA. It was amazing as well. The only thing I would like to have gotten from it was a slightly more "creamyness." Overall, it still had an amazing flavor and mouth feel. After that, I ended with an Evidence Of Absence. Again, it was a very enjoyable experience. Personally, it wasn't overly happy and was exactly what I would want from a Hazy IPA. I loved just how juicy it was.
For the atmosphere, it was great. everyone was friendly. The selection of music was nice and relaxing, which, let's be honest, everyone could use a little more relaxation. Overall, for my first experience visiting, I was more than happy and plan on coming back in the future
Great atmosphere, great guests, and great staff. Parking was a little tricky but was worth it!
Damn good cheesesteaks!! Them meat, cheese and bread work perfectly together...
Antifragile is my favorite brewery in town. They always have amazing beers on tap and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic kombucha. The recent addition of the iced tea has been great, since it also offers a pregnancy-friendly drink! I've never had their cocktails, but I know friends who swear by them. And the cheesesteaks.... Worth the trip!
Got charged $64 for 4 2-ounce pours of Tequila and the bartender hid the price from me until after I paid. Not sure if their liquor is ridiculously overpriced or they just saw the opportunity to rip off a college kid, but either way they engaged in dishonest practices and $16 for two ounces of liquor is absolutely ludicrous. I was very nice to the bartender as well, so not sure why they needed to rip me off like this. Disappointing.
