Great food. Typical Applebees, but this one seems to have a better atmosphere than the others! Passionfruit lemonade was excellent, and our waiter, Saan, was super friendly! Will be back :)

The food was delicious but not what I had ordered. Our waiter took more than 15 minutes to arrive at our table. Maybe he was on break, but if that's true, Applebee's should have had one of the two hostesses on duty take and bring us a drink order.Our waiter was also seemingly distracted besides being slow. He didn't have any other tables in our area either. As I stated, my order was incorrect, and my husband was only given one refill that he waited over five minutes for.Parking: Large parking lot. We arrived by bus and the driver was able to park nearby.

Ordered the Fish n Chips with French Onion Soup as(appetizer). Never received my soup and the fish was slimy and gummy. Waitress was notified about the missed soup and slimy fish. Walked out paying $37 for fries and my husband's chicken meal. So disappointed that I picked Applebys for my birthday dinner.

We were seated immediately, no wait. Service was good. We ordered from the 2 for $25 menu. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip for our appetizer, one white cheddar bacon chicken skillet, and one garlic sirloin skillet. The food was excellent. We had good service. Everyone was friendly. Restroom was clean. Good experience.
Played in my food, hair and brunt ribs. To add insult to injury I’ve contacted the restaurant after receiving this order a female manager told me there’s a new cook the new cook burnt everyone food that day since the restaurant opened. The manager asked me to contact door dash customer service support. The service was terrible, I swear the manager didn’t even care, she’s like okay sorry but just contact door dash. That was my first time ordering from Applebees in Pennsylvania and my last time ordering anything from them!!! They burnt riblets and put a nice obvious piece of blond hair combed the top layer of the brownie bite. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing because it’s February or if it’s just they DGAF but one thing I know to never eat from there. Even the ice tea looked off. If you order please don’t have an ethnic name like mines being Caribbean-American(Indo-Afro) is hard on its own. Don’t mess with anyone food we’re all humans have some decency however may karma come back to all who had a part in that food being made, and placed for delivery may you receive the worst possible outcome of karma don’t cry over it!!!

Okay I don't usually do bad reviews unless it's Seriously bad. This is 2nd time I ordered delivery to hospital and I got the blonde desert and every time they forgot about the sauce, so all you end eating is dry brownie.

We went for the all you can eat ribs, shrimp, and wings. Food was slow to come out at first and several things were wrong with the order. Food then slowed to a crawl and it probably took about 30 minutes to get our second plate of food which was the wrong food so they had to remake it which probably took another 20 minutes. At this point we had been there for almost an hour and 15 minutes and had only gotten 2 plates of food. While all this was happening we only saw our waiter a total of 4 times and not once were our drinks refilled even when the tables next to us were getting theirs refilled.
