I really liked this auntie anne’s. It had a nice clean environment and even had a auntie anne themed janga set, the person preparing my food, Jeff, was really helpful, funny, and kind. He also gave me some recommendations, give Jeff a raise, and when I ordered the food was sweet and delicious, would probably go again.

Very frustrating. I have been getting Pretzels there for a few months. I absolutely don't mind waiting for fresh Pretzels and made that known when I ordered 5 Pretzels I was told they only had 2 that had been sitting in the case. I asked for 5 fresh Pretzels and was told that not only would they not make fresh Pretzels but all I could get were the 2 stale ones in the case. I left with empty handed. Quality and service there has been on a steady down slide but this is a new low. Looks like Sheetz Pretzels from here out.

Took about 30 minutes to get one thing of pretzels. Although there were only a couple workers there, the one had a terrible attitude and would not stop swearing in front of everyone. The blonde female worker was really nice and was working really hard though!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The customer service was horrible! Took about a half hour for some pretzel bites when nobody else was in line to order. After waiting a while, we were bribed with ice cream to make us stay.
