Hello, born in Brooklyn and LOVE these bagels. I have been to 2 of their locations. One on a VERY busy morning and another on a slower day. Both times my food came out consistently fresh, delicious and efficiently <3 No stale bagels, or burnt bagels(they def didn't look burnt the the one star review photo not sure why they deserved that, no 'nightmarish amount of cream cheese-seriously the one star reviews are out of control haha what in the world.
