Last and final visit i'll ever make at this restaurant location. Walked in, sat at the bar. Bartender was no where to be found. I asked for Non-alcoholic beverages. Bartender repeatedly told me she can make my drinks as light as possible. We told her countless times Im sober. Just for her to laugh. Great job... when we gave her our food order, she took care of someone else before putting our order in. Gave us the hottest wings and then told us how high she was yet never apologized for messing up on her end. She sounds like a keeper.

I only really leave reviews if things are really really good or really really bad. I think you can tell where I'm going here...
First off, the management at this place stinks. They configured their TVs for a fall Sunday horribly and the sound is way too loud.
The food portions are really small for the outrageous prices you're paying for Sysco reheated food. Also, the food taste is lackluster.
The server we had was not attentive at all and clearly hated her job.
Lastly, and most importantly, this place serves/cooks at a snail's pace. It took well over an hour for them to cough up 3 meals when there were only 15 other patrons inside early on a Sunday.
Do not waste your time at this place.

Went to have dinner had a great time our server Casey was very kind and knowledgeable. We had a drink at the bar afterwards to watch the Yankee game and Dreama was the best bartender we’ve had in a long time she was charming and kept us in a good mood when our team was losing

Went over the weekend for my father's birthday, Our server Antonia was amazing she was fantastic with the family, and provided good drink recommendations Telling us about the specials on Sam Adam's. Our food felt a little long to come out but the service was excellent & attentive and made the wait fly by. The atmosphere is also great watching football has never been more fun ( Especially on the giant screen)

this place blows i wasted 2 hours to not get my food and the waitress didn’t put my food in
Half the tables were empty. Told us it was a 45 min wait. Bad management

Up for the Oregon football weekend so you knew places would be crowded. But this place was a normal Friday level of busy. But for some reason the manager and 5 other guys were standing around a table while the waitress and cooks and single bartender were running around busy. Took 30 minutes to get 1 beer and getting anyone’s attention was a tough task.

I truly had a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The visit was frustrating from the start—the lady at the takeout counter told me to wait so she could help someone who came in after me. When I finally got my order, the wings were barely sauced and tasted as if they had been sitting out for an hour. To make matters worse, they forgot half of my order, including the drinks, and only three of the eight items I ordered made it into the bag. Even the ranch cups were filled only a quarter of the way, which felt like pure laziness. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that truly was terrible, and should be fixed ASAP because these are truly stupid mistakes.

I don’t know the name of the server but she was rude as HELL. She’ll know I’m talking about her if she ever read this. First of all, the minute we touched our table she came and asked for drink orders knowing we didn’t see the menu yet and rushed us. When she came back, that’s when we got irritated. We don’t mind the policy that everyone has to be 21 for one person to drink, but my friends and I simply didn’t know. Me and my other friend are under 21 while one is over 21, and the over 21 friend wanted a drink. The server first asked to see ID and my over 21 friend showed hers while me and my other friend didn’t cuz all we had was water. The server then demanded we show ID and as we’re explaining we don’t want alcohol she interrupted and said “nope I need to see everyone’s ID.” We told her we only wanted water and she said “I’m not gonna argue with yall I either bring the margarita or I don’t” and rushed through the policy and we didn’t even have time to fully process what she said. Her attitude and tone were so upsetting that we all just looked at each other confused on who the hell she was talking to. She asked if we needed another minute then stormed off quickly. We PROMPTLY left. The policy isn’t the issue. The issue is how rude and and disrespectful her attitude was. It gave she thought we were tryna use our over 21 friend as a ticket to get drinks and that simply wasn’t the case. She spoke to us like children as if she was fed up about the whole day and we were the cherry on top for simply not knowing. If I return I quite literally never want to be seated with her again because of that attitude.

I used to live down the street and went there twice by myself, twice with friends.
Actually even before then, ever since they decided to turn parking lot into a business, my fiancé and I always walked past it and said
hmm. A new wings place. we are gonna try it one day.
We never did together.
But I did. 😃
And I was gonna keep bringing people there to celebrate together, old and new.
But as we say, third time the charm.

Honestly I don’t care about wings. If they r dry or not. I don’t care about service. If they r slow or not. I’m flexible. I can overlook a lot of flaws becuz as a business owner myself, I understand you can always improve. No mistake is detrimental.
The one and only thing I ask for, is you never disrespect your customer. I’ve been to a bunch of Buffalo Wild Wings in the South, where people have kindness and to say the least, manners. This one, is an Abomination.
P.S. Rest assured, I will never be bringing my friends, my family, people here that love me, to ANY Buffalo. Wild. Wings. ever again. You lost all of us as customers. Forever. Take that however you want.

5 Days open and the food was over-the-top delicious!! A+ to our bar waiter as well. It was super busy and they were slammed but i watched the Manager step in and help ... the teamwirk was definitely noticeable. 5 stars for this establishment and their team! We will definitely be back in the near future!
