I like Burger King food in general, but because of several messed up orders at the drive through can't rate any higher. Edit; ordered curbside pickup on the app today 7/30/25 Was in a hurry and my vehicle is too large to fit through the drive-thru. Sat at the curbside spot for 15 minutes they never brought my food out I finally had to go in and get it. Very disappointing level of service! They advertise curbside pickup I even asked previously when I was inside. I was told by one of the employees at the counter they do it but they don't like to!

The girl who took our order and worked the drive-through window was very nice. But they asked if we wanted marinara for our mozzarella sticks, and we said yes, and they asked if we wanted zesty sauce for our onion rings, and we said yes. Then they didn't give either to us. And they didn't put pickles on my son's impossible whopper like we ordered.

The girl in the drive thru today was so nice. She was so friendly and made sure my food had everything I wanted on it. Even complemented my earrings. I work in a drive thru as well so I know how hard it is to be so cheery on a super hot day like today. So it was much appreciated and I will definitely make an effort to come here more than McDonald's from now on
