Hamburger still had red in meat. Ordered on app. When came in it was just sitting on the counter. Should have been under heat lamp so didn't get cold. Wanted barqs rootbeer. That soda was empty. Everything else was good.

Came into the drive thru service was amazing nice staff at window and very fast service and lady was very friendly and kind food tasted amazing and fresh (bikini bottom meal) loved the cheesy bacon tot's best experience overall

the WORST burger king ever.

ordered a whopper and specified no cheese, they put cheese on it. added onion rings to the same whopper, which they upcharged me for, they didnt put the onion rings on it.

and like usual, cant go to state college burger king without items missing from your bag

felt like i was getting barked at by the drivethru person.

never again, the only good thing about this burger king is that theres a mcdonalds less than a minute away

I was there 11/28 around 10-10:30am. You guys have burgers any time. I had asked if they could make french fries since it was still breakfast and the girl in drive-through told me yes of course they could make them. And followed with what size Fry do you want. I said Value or small. I wasn’t sure why she was asking me that. And I asked her if they were gonna put the fries on the burger. She said that they could not do it. Burger King used to have a sandwich called the french fry burger. And it was ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, and fries on the burger. I know because I work there. When I order from the Belfont Burger King, they don’t charge me for an additional fry. And they will put the fries on the burger. You have to substitute it as an onion ring. What horrible customer service that is. Isn’t the customer always right? I had to pull over and put my own french fries on my burger so should I get a discount since I had to finish making my burger? I will include that the lady at the Window that gave me my food. She was a complete sweetheart, and she said she would say something.

I just want to say thank you very much to the staff who does overnight. They are extremely friendly, kind and attentive. The manager on duty was amazing and make sure my food was perfect. The gentleman at the drive-thru was beyond polite and courteous. I look forward to and can't wait to go back just to say hi to them.

Don't get fast food very often. Worked late and stopped by for a whopper w/cheese and onion rings. The onion rings were perfectly cooked! Super happy with my onion rings! Therefore a five star ***** Thanks deep fryer! Drive thru cashier was super friendly :) Order #70 10/30/25 10:02 pm

i ordered delivery from the Burger King website- it took an hour and half to get to my apartment and they pushed back the delivery time around 4 times. the food is cold and my soda is flat. i honestly don’t blame the employees or the driver because I’ve worked in food service and I know it is rarely their fault, but the app or something should let you know in advance if your order is going to take that long (especially considering there’s no option to cancel!)

Ordered a large and they gave me a small. Added lettuce, tomato, onion, while getting up charged and none of it was on there. Thought about complaining to the staff but then realized how stupid it was. They only need to read a digital screen and they failed there. Hope you guys get better... 13 dollars forever wasted rip
