Terrible customer experience. Our daughter got kicked out for the day. She came out on the patio to say hello to us. She was on the inside of the patio. We were on the sidewalk outside. I touched her drink cup - nothing was consumed and it never left her hand. We were told she broke the “rules”(which were not posted). She lost her money paid to leap the line, was unable to finish her drink, and her food had to be brought out to her in a to-go container by a friend. ...read full review
The manager “Jim” changes the time of the cover to get in due to quote “how he feels” and if he wanted to rob people of their money. 8 people in our party paid $5 each for the “cover” that apparently went away after we walked in. (What “Jim” said later). Not a single person after us paid for the cover. He did not have a good reason as to why he stopped charging people other then saying “I can change it whenever I want to”, which means if there a cover posted...read full review
Performing in the show that Café 210 W. has to offer. It is such a great crowd. The employees are on point and so polite even on their busiest night.
