The food was great, but the owner, who was running the register, was ignorant and disrespectful. My daughter was trying to get a small cup to put water in it for her 1 year old son. He would only sell her a small drink for a couple dollars AFTER we spent nearly $90 for the family order. After my daughter said, never mind, he had the audacity to say... "she is enough!!" in front of my wife and I. Had I known he was the owner, I would have canceled the entire $90 order and went elsewhere. As a Penn State Alum, I was trying to give my family a GOOD Penn State experience, since most of them have never experienced that area.

This was my first attempt. Fries were good but that’s it. 2 lunch combos at a total of $35. Totally disappointed. I could have taken us to Texas Roadhouse or Olive Garden for that kind of money.

Food was hot and fresh. They did put marinara on my cheese steak and I was not a fan.
Biggest complaint is looking online, I was expecting much lower prices and got there to find out that ALL the prices were raised so ended up spending >$7 more than I thought I was going to spend for the one meal. Was also looking for HOT peppers and there was absolutely no “heat” to these peppers.

Drove all the way over to get a late dinner , hopefully a Philly cheesesteak from the hospital. Website published open until 1000 pm , was there at 730 pm , sign on the door with hours , now only open until 700pm. I am on a fixed budget, wanted to treat my husband, what a waste of gas ! Please update your website! Thank you ! Joy not happy!
