I ate here at 5pm on a Wednesday. Guac was completely brown so I opted to not get any. The rice in my bowl was undercooked so badly that it was still hard and pretty much inedible. Lastly, the bathrooms were so disgusting I've seen cleaner commodes in prison. I would avoid the downtown store and stick to the North Atherton location.
ICK.
I’ve gone to so many locations before and this is the ONLY one I’ve ever walked into, to where there is quite literally no customers- but the entire place is FILTHY. There’s at least 5 employees there right now, some were sitting at the tables just clearly “hanging out” and the others were literally just chatting in the food line when I walked in. All of them are clearly young, but there is absolutely no excuse that quite literally every table is dirty, as well as the food line.
will be tossing this $16 order in the garbage because I honestly don’t even feel safe eating it.
If they let the place LOOK like that... Imagine how they’re treating the actual food? Who knows if their food safe dates are even checked. Would rather not be physically sick, after already leaving mentally sick. 🤢

Ordered a vegan burrito, and despite the place being empty besides us picking up the burrito, when we got home my partner bit into the burrito it was full of chicken. A bad mistake to make when the establishment isn't even busy. Very difficult to trust this place again.

Got a chicken bowl that was missing half the ingerdients, including the chicken! It was a real sign that someone did not remotely care about the order. Chipotle is good, but avoid this location!!!!!

State college location and was very dirty. Every table had obvious food on it, floor looked like a frat house, even the food prep line was filthy. I never been in a Chipotle so dirty! Hot honey chicken was delicious, but restaurant was gross.

Did not appreciate asking for double steak and barely getting a scoop when the person in front of me got theirs filled to the top. Very disappointing when you are excited for your favorite food.

On a recent visit to downtown Chipotle, I wanted to place an order for my children. My son had written the order on my phone. As I was placing the order, I encountered difficulty pronouncing some of the ingredients and, to simplify the process, I showed my phone to the employee preparing my order. All of a sudden, the general manager, Jacob Sentz, jumpped and yelled, loudly instructing the employee not to take orders from phones. The employee, however, assured me that he understood the order.
As I proceeded to place the remainder of my order, Mr. Sentz interrupted again, this time to tell me to go back to the end of the line and start the ordering process over. I chose to cancel the order and as I was informing my son via text, Mr. Sentz directed his speech to me to announce that the chicken would take 30 minutes. I found myself questioning his behavior, and I asked, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" At this point, he ceased his previous behavior and began to act as if he were reviewing paperwork. Based on this experience, Mr. Sentz's behavior was racistally motivated. Yelling at his employee and giving himself the right to yell at the customers like a teacher yelling at Kindergardners. Chipotle is definitely not on my list, and I wouldn't recommend that place ever. I feel bad for the employee and the staff working there !
Do not come here late!! Paid full price for pan scraping and bad attitudes might be hard to tell from the pic buts that’s a 1/4 cup of guac maybe and barely any chicken and a few sprigs of lettuce. Came in at 10:20 thought they were open until 11 guess the door ain’t locked but they ain’t making more food. They had half the trays in the back so if I didn’t ask off memory I didn’t get it notice no beans.

I honestly cannot say enough bad things about this Chipotle, it is god awful and CLEAR that they do not care about customer service. Like I passionately hate this Chipotle and tell my friends to not go. The soda machine straight up does not work, so I wasted my money on a flat diet coke. None of the sodas in the machine are carbonated and does not dispense any ice. Maybe they have fixed this by now, but it was such a bad experience that I was appalled and have never gone back, genuinely I am such a Chipotle addict that I go everyday at home and I have to stop myself from going every time I am at school because of how sub-par this location is compared to the other ones. The portions here are significantly smaller than my Chipotle at home. Chipotle, do better. This location is a disgrace to your customers. I know it feels like that to me.

I have been to various Chipotle locations and this is hands down the worst Chipotle I have EVER been to. It was a disgusting mess, food and trash everywhere. I also have never been so sick after eating a meal. My bowl tasted horrible and I was sick for hours afterwards.
