mobile ordered here tonight, boyfriend walked in they mentioned my steak bowl they ran out of steak so they subbed with the beef option- no biggie at all, didn’t mention they also put white rice instead of brown, no veggies, no sour cream, no cheese. my bowl was beef, white rice, black beans lettuce. how are u gonna mention 1 item that was missed and it the rest???? at that point don’t say anything at all. total waste of money thanks!

Always dirty some how, not to mention they’re always out of something. I specifically come here for the vegetarian options, just to have the girl making the bowl sling chicken into it. So that was awesome, not to mention they’re always short staffed. So I can’t even get mad at the workers because they’re definitely underpaid and overworked. 8pm and there were only three people working, no drinks, no forks, no chips or lettuce, trash overflowing and about 7 doordashers waiting for orders that were definitely never coming out any time soon. Hurry up and open the second one downtown so this one can slow down.

The parking lot smells obnoxiously like a sewer everytime. I literally mean you can smell the sewer. 50% of the time they are out of an ingredient or two on my order.

I got a half full chicken bowl that weigh around 300g at most. Barely any chicken and mostly sauces. Very disappointed! (Took this before eating!)

We catered for fifteen people and it was amazing. Everyone loved it, the meat wasn't tough or dry from waiting longer whatsoever. The queso wasn't too thick, it was just right. Great options. I did wish that I could have added exactly what I wanted in their menu. I had to choose between a couple of things that I wanted all of. Ended up sacrificing sour cream to get something else.

Bruh. Every other chipotle I’ve ever been to has always filled my bowl and then some. I mean it’s usually overflowing and falling out, which is a good thing.
This location however, under filled my bowl. For the price I’m paying I better get a decent amount of food, disappointing.

Don’t try to order online, always out of stuff and order is never right. Got half my ingredients. They don’t even have forks or napkins half the time and it’s dirty. Of the ingredients that did make it into the bowl, it had no flavor, worst chipotle bowl I’ve had. Also found an avocado skin in my bowl.

This chipotle usually isn’t the best. Neither of them and state college are and from what I’ve heard everyone thinks that. Today was the best customer service I’ve ever had at chipotle! The staff was so friendly. I had a child with me and they were so nice talking and engaging with her as well. Whoever was working the day shift today deserves a raise!

Note to self- don’t come. This is not a good Chipotle location. Portion sizes are small and they were out of several ingredients. Also their counter was messy. I usually give the benefit of doubt but I’ve come here a few times now and the service/portion/cleanliness is subpar to all the other Chipotles I’ve been to. Go to Qdoba a minute away.
