Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love the food here, but they tend to run out of ingredients fairly often. When they do get busy, sometimes the line can go out the door. And when this happens, the dining area is usually a wreck. The soda and condiment area is a mess. But I get it, they're busy. Really good food though

Got dinner. Ordered chips. The chips are UNSALTED. Not a single speck of salt on ANY chip. ?

I picked up a mobile takeout order and when I opened it, only half the bowl had food. It looked like someone had eaten the other half. Really wish I could get a refund it had barely any food in it.

Trash they didn't have anything no steak no cheese no no brisket and like 1 scoop of gwak... and didn't want to discount my order or give me extra for the inconvenience

I ordered light cheese, not light everything ?? ?? I ordered pick up, I was there a couple minutes early, and food was ready on time.
But both bowls I ordered were missing multiple items, ice cold, both brown and white rice undercooked, salty chicken, portions for ants.. ? at least I could eat the side tortilla

Terrible portions

Not only was I given a bowl when i ordered a burrito but i was given the wrong side and when I contacted chipotle I was given a free drink and side added to my account, completely disregarding my entree which was expensive! Highly disappointed with how often this happens at Chipotle.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting son at PSU. busy with limited seating.

this location has gone down hill so fast. half the time they don’t have any of the ingredients, but don’t worry they’ll still charge you for them. I don’t know why they don’t shutoff online orders when they don’t have the stuff to make them.
