Chipotle Mexican Grill

they weren't prepared for the dinner rush at the end of the semester. workers were trying their best, but management needs to give them more support (and give customers money back for missing ingredients)

Food was ok-place was a wreck. Trash overflowing-no forks or napkins available. Tables and floors filthy. Very disappointed.

They are always out of ingredients. I understand it’s a busy establishment, but the preparation needs to improve. Today I went at 5:00 pm and they were out of 3 out of 4 proteins, cheese, and other items. I can’t count how many times I have went there and had to leave because they were not stocked properly.

I had the steak bowl. The steak was chewy and terrible! I could not swallow the meat! My husband had a bowl as well and his was a much smaller portion size than mine but cost the same. We did not have a good experience! In my opinion, it's overpriced as well.

They always run out of something

i’ve been here many times and they always get something wrong!! i just picked up my bowl and it is completely not my order and is nothing i asked for!

This is the second time I’ve been here and the first time they forgot half my order and this time they forgot my chips. I paid full price each time.

Wow. I was given one tiny scoop of chicken so I asked for more. Kid working said I could make it a double, so I said sure, and he proceeded to give me an even smaller scoop. Paid for a double and got less than I normally get for a regular. There were also no forks

This is the worst chipotle I have ever had. I usually order but sometimes go there. When I order it the bowl is soaked with a pool of liquid on the bottom of the bowl, and they barely give any food. The bowl is half full. And 3 out of 5 times they forget an item that I ordered. They spend more time wrapping my tortillas like peppers than they do on the bowl. I usually get carnitas and most of the time it’s all fat. The chips are usually stale. I can’t wait to go back home to Philly to have actually good chipotle. This place needs a whole overhaul on their workers.

This is the third time in a row I’ve come here and they’re “out of food”.

Won’t be back. $10 for half a cup of rice and beans with other ingredients …. It’s veggies bowl
I’m vegetarian. Look like all the employees are in rush even no customers in the store. $10 not worth for this much quantity of food.

probably the worst chipotle you could choose to go to, consistently horrendous portion sizes (even for chipotle) and for an out the door cost of $17 with a bag of chips I honestly would say you'd be happier at the Qdoba 200 feet away.

I asked for a burrito and they started to make a bowl. I didn’t notice until a couple of seconds later. When I pointed out that I had asked for a burrito they seemed extremely confused. The way that they responded made it seem like they were blaming me for this mistake. Not to mention this is how they wrapped my burrito… overall typically not good service at this location, wouldn’t recommend.
