The staff are usually very helpful and will taylor your meal and offer options so that you get exactly what you want. Meat was very tender. Guacamole was fresh.Parking: Adequate. Easy to enter.

I am extremely pissed off I have been in the hospital for two days and I’m finally able to eat something and I had someone get me chipotle and I ordered a veggie bowl with fajitas and sour cream and xtra sour cream in the side. THERE ABSOLUTELY NO SOUR CREAM ON MY BOWL NOR IS THERE FAJITA VEGGIES. My bowl only consists of rice beans lettuce and guacamole. It is a child level skill to be able to follow a food ticket by scooping the correct toppings on a bowl. Whoever made this bowl is absolutely inept.

Never order online for this place. I ordered double chicken and double carne asada. My bowl literally has 4 pcs of protein in it total. So ridiculous this place is always messing up your order if you order online. Chips are always salty af. $20 down the drain. Last time i ordered online there was a bug in my plate. Dont order from this chumbucket when krusty krab(qdoba) is a few steps away.

This location is an embarrassment to the chain. I arrived at 6p on a Saturday evening. They were not busy at all, but the place looked like a mess. Food and trash on the floors, all trash cans were overflowing, the napkin/utensil station was empty. Staff had let a rice container get empty and then had to work on making new when we asked for brown rice. Staff was playing music in the food prep area that was so loud they had trouble hearing patrons place their order. Overall there seemed to be general apathy from the staff. Given the conditions I was worried about food safety + hygiene issues.

When their card reader is down, they don’t even orally tell you. You have to catch the small, typed out paper taped at the beginning of the line that says “cards only” which is super easy to miss. Should be at the beginning and end of the line, or at least the end of it actually near the chip reader. Makes no sense. They don’t even speak to you or care about their customers. Wasted a whole bowl I didn’t even get to pay for because I only had cash on me and it wasn’t very clear. Not to mention this location is so gross. Probably about 2 nice employees that work there. They don’t deserve my respect or time of day. I’ll just stick to mobile orders. Hopefully they don’t continue screwing those up and being late like in the past.Update: the rice was crunchy!! I ordered ahead and was 30 mins late picking it up, and it wasn’t even made! Horribly ran place.

Portion size was very disappointing. I ordered barbacoa tacos, I don't think it would have physically possible to place a smaller shred of beef in the tacos. Given the consistency with which this comment (small portion size) appears in these reviews, I can only assume it is either store or corporate policy,

We love Chipotle food and usually order online. But this location consistently messes up the order. We get five items, and at least of them has been wrong the last seven times we've ordered, everything from a missing ingredient to missing major items (eg, an entire burrito) to not grilling kid's quesidillas. I'd stop ordering from this location, but it's my kids' favorite fast food.

Where to begin... Overall this is the worst experience I've ever had within a chipotle restaurant. Immediately walking in the temperature was way too cold I had to keep my jacket on. I ordered a normal bowl, as one does, and I did NOT receive what I believe is customary. I had the most puny scoop of cold and hard rice. My carne asada was bottom barrel, cold and overcooked. I am extremely displeased and will not be returning. The service was mid too because they didn't fill my bowl. In conclusion, this sucked.

Workers are lazy. Every time we go they’re always out of a lot. Workers always have poor attitude. Idk who runs the place but they have no idea how to run it.
