Domino's Pizza

For some reason this specific Dominos location stores its pizza dough in a way that greatly compacts it. The result is that a majority of the pizzas delivered from there are largely thin and flat regardless of what crust type is ordered. Worse, since the crushed pizza dough is unable to rise while baking pizzas are regularly delivered with raw dough that wasnt able to bake as a result - creating potential health and illness issues. This is the only location in town that I have this problem with and it happens regularly when the online tracker says that the manager is making it.

Of all the Dominos locations I have eaten at, this one has been consistent only in being the worst of them over the last five or so years. Unfortunately it is the one that defaults to delivery to my home location. I have filed a number of concerns in the past and the manager has never responded to them. If you want dominos, dont order from this location even if it means you have to drive to the North Atherton store instead.

Below is a picture of my most recent "deepdish pan pizza" crust from this location. The dough is raw and it isnt edible. Im not going to make myself physically ill simply because this store cant follow basic health codes.

Placed an order got all the wrong food and they wouldn’t even send the right stuff. Not to mention the manager was so insanely rude. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted the correct food and they were telling me I had to come pick it up when I spent $26 on a piece of cheesy bread and 8 wings.

Ordered almost a week ago and half food was burnt. I emailed about it, and district manager said they would give me 1 LG free pizza, just to call and let manager know. I call to let manager know today 2/14 and was told it didn't matter what i was told they only do medium. So half my food from am almost $50 order is burned and they only willing to replace with a medium pizza despite what d.m said in email that I had proof of. Wont be ordering from this specific store again.

Order 2 large pizzas said delivery from 30 to 40min after hour and a half kept trying to call the store with no answer go to store to cancel luckily when I did two lady’s in front of me were trying to order and the cashier said and hour wait and I told them that was completely incorrect and I was waiting 2 hours and it was still saying in prep I talk to the cashier and she also states that it’s in prep and hilariously ask if I wanna wait for it to where I say no. Everytime I’ve ordered here my order has never been done or delivered near the time but here dumb me is ordering from this location again.

TOOK SO LONG AND DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE GO LET US CANCEL. waiting over an hour for the pizza to even move past the prep stage AND was on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes.

Does dominos like hurting me?! Doesnt matter if it’s this location or another. They always mess my sauce up? They get every other ingredient but my sauce? Why my sauce? :( still yummy though

Go to the one on north Atherton. This is the third time I’m waiting more than an hour over the estimated delivery time. If you want a free pizza, order delivery from here, because they’ll never make it on time and will send you a coupon if you have an account on the app

Ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours, and got my phone calls ghosted. I eventually drove over to the location and they took another 30 min to prepare my pizza.

I understand the high volume of orders on Saturday, but they don’t answer calls or provide any information unless you drive to the location.

over an hour for delivery

I ordered a pizza, but the pizza never arrived, despite the app saying that the pizza was delivered in the correct address. When I called the store I was told that a refund could not be issued and that if I wanted a new pizza I would have to go there and pick it up. Extremely bad service.

It's a nice little Domino's outlet. Their service is always quick. I have only carried out pizza and never eaten here. The location is very good.

Always gets our order correct and baked the way we like our pizzas. I don't like the app, but they don't have any control over that

Fully didn’t deliver my pizza at all. There goes 40 dollars right down the drain. No I don’t want 20 percent off I want a refund!

It's Dominoes, so don't say if it's good or bad, that just depends on how much you like their pizza. However, these guys cook it well so you don't get junk. They are also attentive and friendly. It's a well run franchise.
